Melissa Camp I’ve been training with Jack for 18 months, came in wanting to lose some weight as I approached 50. In the process I’ve become so much stronger and it’s really satisfying to see progress that I wouldn’t have achieved on my own. Simon and his team at Renew PT feel like family now, everyone is very friendly and encouraging, and their clients come in all shapes and sizes. If you’ve been on the fence about trying a PT give them a go. I was never a morning person and now I’ve turned into one of those weirdos that trains at 6.30am!

Phuong Chandler Good local swim lesson with small classes and friendly teachers (Vinu is so patient with the kids). They have been very accomodating with providing classes for both my children (2y and 5y) back to back to ensure we don’t have to wait in between lessons or come at different times.

maya k Training with Diana has been the best gift my mum could have given me. I really wanted to do some kind of exercise but I was really nervous to go to the big gyms as I found them a little intimidating It has been amazing training with Diana in a small studio alongside my mum. I feel totally supported and am starting to feel stronger in myself. Diana is such an amazing trainer and person and she made me feel at ease from the moment I met her. Each week is different and I am pushed far more than what I would do on my own which I needed. Apart from the training it is fantastic having a chat and laugh with her.
