5 /5 Bec Thompson: Best gym and team ever!!! These last 9 weeks have been super challenging but incredibly rewarding. At first when I saw the calories and macros I was sceptical but I leant in and trusted the process. My trainer Carter was there every step of the way to help with both the diet and nutrition factors. As someone who’s struggled with binge eating, he helped guide me towards the concept of volume eating which has helped me stay fuller for longer. The accountability has helped massively with my consistency and this is the longest of kept on track in my adult life. I’ve lost 15kg since this time last year and 6kg in the last 9 weeks without losing any muscle mass! I’m going to be here for a long time to come :)
