Davide Tomassoni I’ve been coming to Pick it up fitness for about a month now, and I’m keen to share my experience - they certainly deserve a shout out!
Firstly, I’ve started noticing early results - spanning beyond just getting stronger and increasing lean muscle mass. I’ve noticed I’ve started to enjoy working out again- after stagnating for years in low cost, low accountability gyms. They have fresh workouts every week and push you without compromising form. They check-in regularly, and can modify workouts/exercises to account for any concerns or existing injuries.
Secondly, when you join PIUF, you truly join a community. The friendly trainers all know you by name, and have built a safe and supportive environment for everyone to thrive! This is clearly reflected in the positive energy and the bonds we form with our working-out team!
Lastly, but certainly not least is the flexibility around workouts. This refers to both the timing of classes, which can accommodate varied working hours (including night shifts), as well as the option for a more HIIT/cardio workout or more strength based training in each session, as well as a weekly running club.
Definitely worth a look and/or a trial - Michael, Kath and the team are awesome, and very accomodating! Cheers guys!
