The staff will keep you in line with their regular weight / body measurement check ins and everyone is very encouraging which makes you want to keep losing the weight. In my first 6 weeks I lost 4 kg and 76 cm! Drink lots of water, keep your steps up, and follow the diet plan, mostly just on your Hypoxi days. You will see a difference and quick.

The Combat Club - VIC

Jenna Barker The combat club is the most perfect place to learn something new, I started learning kick boxing from Indy and It has been incredibly fun and insightful. The head coach Indy is great with people, he takes time with everyone and goes above and beyond to make sure your learning correctly and getting the most out of your session. Everyone who goes there is extremely welcoming. It definitely works to your advantage that its a small gym, you get a really personalised service. Indy knows everyones names and there goals and what they need to work on to get there. Its definitely my happy place. There is classes for all ages and all levels, never have I seen so many kids having a great time as I do when I rock up ten minutes early to my adults striking class.

Burraneer Fitness - VIC

Stutrace Feno I joined Burraneer Fitness back in April this year. I love it! Having now lost over 10kgs since joining it has really worked for me. The trainers are great and watch over you making sure your technique is good and the other members are very friendly. The workout is very tailored and like a personal training session. I love that I can start at 5:15am and be out before 6am as I am so time poor. I thoroughly recommend Burraneer Fitness to anyone thinking of joining a gym.
