I also survived from depression after taking the tutor Nickie’s private class. I definitely get happier and healthier in this wellness centre, and it is a place really concerning about wellness both physically and psychologically. Recommend to you all.

5 /5 Catherine Xu: Ive been taking classes with Nickie since the middle of last year, and for the first time, Ive been able to consistently exercise regularly. Nickie is incredibly friendly and provides excellent instruction. Every student is treated equally, including prompt corrections. The Pilates studio now has an official website and customer service, so any issues you have will be promptly addressed by leaving a message. Plus, they have policies to ensure a positive student experience. Its a mature and friendly studio!

Nickie is fun and relaxed in class, patient with the instructor, and constantly encourages beginners to challenge themselves, overcome their limitations, and maintain good exercise habits. This gym is amazing value for what you pay especially against membership costs of other places. Option to pause membership and no cancellation fees. I’ve been going here for two years and never had any issues. Love this place

Integrated Health - Glen Waverley - VIC

Quan Fu I’ve been seeing Craig Lowe at Integrated Health Glen Waverly since 2021, initially for long-standing lower-back spasms. Not only did he treat the issue effectively, but he also provided strengthening exercises that have helped me stay active and pain-free. Since then, Craig has become our family physio, supporting my teenage sons through various sporting injuries. Craig is incredibly friendly, approachable, and clearly experienced in treating sports-related conditions. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and genuinely caring physiotherapist.

Christina Gindl 10/10 gym! It’s the place to go when in Ulladulla. Incredibly equipped, super knowledgable coaches and helpful with whatever you need. Got showers, and oh the best is the sauna! It’s just an all round great gym concept.
