5 /5 Vicki Tyler: Im aware the local branches are either disappearing or downsizing to where there is fewer staff and longer waits ... however, amongst all the little irritations, I found a gem. Two other members of staff were helpful to our faces but never followed up on promised phone calls and updates etc. We stumbled upon a member of staff, Ms Kathy Hill, a Personal Banking Advisor and she was extremely helpful in the branch but she also made TWO much needed follow-up phone calls, at a later date. Ms Hill solved our problem and then made sure that we were satisfied and happy. We noticed; we appreciated the service and we thank you Ms Hill. Youre a stand-out gem amongst the pebbles and rocks. 1 /5 Beej 5691: -They dont have a smart ATM where you can change larger notes to smaller notes or to coins! This is incredibly bad and inconvenient for businesses looking to get change on a Thursday night or over the weekend. -Rude stuff that will call the store about your bank bag being filled out incorrectly even though you have filled it in correctly and I have never had a problem with any other Westpac branch on the Central Coast the way I fill out our bank bag but with this branch I do. They close at 4:00pm on Thursday nights which is bad for businesses in the centre And the list goes on!

1 /5 Hannah Aria: Most incompetent and time wasting financial service of all time - very unhappy. have spent hours in branch and on phone and they dont even deal the correct account, its not difficult but they dont listen - 3 months later and still not rectified

1 /5 Glenn Murray: Westpac generally dont do it for me. Theyre slow, unhelpful and have an undue sense of entitlement. This branch is no better than any other. I switched from here to the NAB across from it, and theyre definitely better.
