2 /5 Kaitlin Finch: HOME BUYERS STEER CLEAR. We were recommended John Boxsell by my grandmother as she had previously used him for conveyancing. We messaged the WBG email asking to be put in contact with him, and were responded to by a person named Mae. She forwarded our information to Con Georgas. Again, we said that we would like to liaise with John Boxsell as that was the original recommendation, but this request was ignored by Mae. However, this was again not acknowledged, and we continued to only liaise with Mae. Mae was incredibly rude and unprofessional within her correspondence, lying multiple times about things we had allegedly said, and emails she had allegedly sent, despite having no evidence to substantiate this (all correspondence was via email). We had to ask twice to be put through to her supervisor, as she would not forward our request through. We finalised the transaction with Con Georgas, which was pleasant enough, but nothing was done by him to acknowledge the way in which Mae had acted. We strongly encourage all home buyers to look elsewhere for a solicitor.

4 /5 Neil Donovan: John Boxsell and his capable team has handled our conveyancing needs since our first purchase in 1990. Compare WBG with other firms for price and service. Do it and you will see what I mean. John has also helped our family with wills preparation. No question on your matter is too simple for this professional team to answer. (It is now 2022 and the firm has been severely struck by Covid and its effects on staff numbers. Your matter may not be handled as swiftly as in the past.)
