Robert Cruickshanks Good facilities for families with young children. (As well as regular pool) There is a toddler pool, and a 0.6m splash pool which is ideal for young kids. Disabled/family changing facilities are good and well equipped. There is also a small playpark behind the pool which can be accessed directly from poolside on nice days!

He is professional, kind, and possesses an excellent understanding of exercise physiology. His enthusiasm and passion for fitness are evident in every session. Importantly, Fred demonstrates a collaborative approach — he worked closely with my physiotherapist to ensure a safe and effective transition back into training following my injury.
