4ME Pilates - Heidelberg - NSW

Ai Lynn Wong Am more than halfway through the welcome pack. Lovely studio, clean and well maintained. Good variety of classes- level 1 to 3 and no class has been the same despite attending about 3x a week. The welcome pack is very generous- gives you a whole month and 12 classes to try the studio out. They also have a good variety of memberships including a tailored membership for those who only can/want to attend 2 classes a week (rather than standard weekly pass for $$$) which is more practical and economical for those with other priorities or families. Has classes 7 days a week which is great.

Lucy DSE Patti is an amazing instructor. She offers one on one sessions as well as two people. Her studio is perfectly set up and inviting. She is very knowledgeable and empathetic while teaching and helping you strengthen. I can’t recommend her enough. For anyone unsure of Pilates and nervous to try, Patti is for you. For those of you very experienced at Pilates, Patti has the skills to continue to challenge you.

Noble Park Skatepark - NSW

Rose Hong I took my son there for an afternoon out so that instead of playing with his Nintendo switch 2, I thought Id get him out and about in the natural sunshine, air and away from anything electronic. Yeah so we grabbed his scooter well. He grabbed my scooter and his scooter that I had to end up riding cuz he wanted to ride my scooter but thats okay. No actually it wasnt. I couldnt ride his scooter. He double dog dared me to go down the down the ramp and being the responsible adult I am, I did, with no protection gear! Decide to go down. Lets put it this way. It didnt end well. But the good thing is that I was able to demonstrate to my son how stupid you are but not using protective gear. So lesson was taught and he learnt so I guess it wasnt all for nothing. We can tell then to wear safety gear all we like but until they see what happens when you dont, thats when they actually really really sink in the importance. Having said that, its unrelated to the park, my stupidity. The Parks fantastic place and they should have more of it. Keep get the kids out and about away from their screens or devices or anything electronic. Back to basics I reckon, right back to basics like learning how to use a pen to paper. Or how to read a Melway.
