Betriece Gesuale The team at BFT Pascoe Vale are amazing! They’re all so friendly, supportive, and motivating, always pushing you to do your best in every session. I recently started training here and have already noticed such a positive difference both physically and mentally. The trainers are really experienced and always make sure new members feel comfortable and confident in what they’re doing. Every workout is different, and the group class training atmosphere is great. Everyone genuinely encourages one another. I wish I had joined sooner and have made lots of new friends going!

Jennifer Kim Such an amazing experience! Absolutely loved my sessions at Exolt. Sigrid specifically has been wonderful, so inviting and takes the time to explain how the EMS works answering any questions and pushing you so you get the most out of your session! 10/10

Oli, the head instructor, is incredibly passionate and knowledgeable, always giving personalised feedback and keeping you motivated every step of the way. I can’t recommend Addicted to Pilates enough for anyone wanting to study Pilates.

Andy My favourite AF in the area, mainly due to the awesome staff, who are super engaged and helpful. Most equipment was recently upgraded and now supports sync with Apple Watch. It’s not massive but they’ve recently expanded with more space downstairs. It has all the equipment I need and being open 24/7 is awesome. Nice work, Will and team.
