5 /5 T J: Review #1 March 2025 - Ring Gabby redesigned an existing ring for me. She took on board what I liked & didn’t like, I was extremely happy with the design as it was quite unique. When Gabby opened the ring box for me to see it finished, I was blown away with how beautiful it looked. I am so happy I chose Gabby & have no hesitation in recommending her for your future jewellery making. She is extremely talented, takes pride in her work & loves what she does. Gabby is currently working on another piece of jewellery that she designed for me. Review #2 July 2025 - Pendant Another stunning, eye-catching, and unique design by Gabby. A solid gold oval pendant with crystal glass front and back. Inside, a delicately crafted infinity motif, encrusted with diamonds and set in white gold, floats beautifully. It’s an exquisite piece that truly stands out. I love wearing it and constantly receive compliments on how gorgeous it is. The photos really don’t do it justice - it’s even more dazzling in person. Nothing but praise for Gabby, an incredibly talented jeweller and a genuinely lovely person.

5 /5 Pauline Ross: I had a design appointment with Kellie at York Jewellers and brought in a very special pair of stud earrings that my wife gave me at the beginning of our relationship. They held deep sentimental value and I only wore them on important occasions (our wedding day included) because I was so afraid of losing them, as I had with other earrings in the past. From the moment I met Kellie, she made the whole process easy and completely stress-free. She took the time to understand what I wanted, translated my vision beautifully onto paper, and worked with the jeweller to get things underway with such care and professionalism. I picked up the finished earrings today, and they are absolutely perfect! Truly everything I imagined and more. Im so grateful to Kellie and the entire York team for handling something so meaningful with such sensitivity, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Thank you for helping bring these memories to life in such a tangible, beautiful way.

When I met Doug at the Penrith wedding expo, I knew he was the one I wanted to work with for our wedding rings. Doug was friendly, kind and patient working with us to choose our wedding rings. We werent expecting to buy one for my husband, but we loved them so much we did! 4 days before my wedding I went to collect my rings. Doug kindly offered to also clean my Mums wedding rings who passed away 6 years ago. At this appointment Doug said he could resize and fix 3 of my Mums rings so I could wear them on my wedding day. He completed these within 36 hours. This was such a quick turn around and I am eternally grateful for his workmanship and care. Thank you Doug and team! We were so impressed every step of the way and will forever use York Jewellery for all our jewellery needs.

She didnt just assist us she guided us with genuine care, warmth, and the utmost professionalism every step of the way. Kellie took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, patiently walking us through styles, stones, and settings until we landed on the perfect ring, Her knowledge and eye for detail were truly impressive, but what really stood out was how invested she was in our story. It never felt like a sales interaction it felt like we had a close friend on the inside making sure this moment would be magical. And then came the surprise... Not only did Kellie help us pick the most breathtaking engagement ring, but she also helped orchestrate the surprise perfectly. She went above and beyond to keep the excitement under wraps by helping me trick my partner into thinking the ring had been delayed. Thanks to her little white lie (with my full blessing ;) ), my partner had absolutely no idea when the ring was actually coming. That extra touch of mischief added even more joy and shock to the proposal and were still laughing about it! Kellie, thank you for being a part of one of the most meaningful moments of our lives. Your kindness, expertise, and attention to detail made all the difference. Well be singing your praises for years to come and recommending you to everyone we know.
