1 /5 Nicky Pearce: Went to purchase a necklace I was previously told was on sale until the END of December only to be greeted by a sales lady who didn’t appear to want to be serving anyone & was pretty rude who advised me that the sale ended on Sunday 29th Dec. Needless to say they’ll never get a cent off me in this lifetime. And I’ll spend a couple of grand somewhere that wants some money and provides Customer service with a bit of a smile.
