The process from idea to actual ring has been so smooth and efficient and I was happily surprised by how personalised the experience was, despite the larger online presence. We booked an appointment and was able to come in the next day to try on rings and discuss the style I wanted. At no point did I feel rushed or as if the team was just there wanting to make a sale. Eli truly wanted to help create the prefect ring for me. When I picked up the ring a few weeks later the team went above and beyond to make sure the new ring fit with my existing set and it was all coming together as expected, including some touch ups to my existing wedding band. Thanks for you expertise Carol and Matt! I highly recommend a visit to the Sydney showroom and Im sure Carol, Matt and Eli will look after all customers in the same professional and friendly manner they did us!
