1 /5 Kai Zam: Seems like the staff in that Lovisa was more interested in talking with their colleagues than serving customers. They can’t be bothered with their work. Whenever we buy items from Lovisa (different branches) they always pack our items separately so that it won’t get tangled with our other purchases. But with them they just dump everything in one paper which could easily break or damage our purchases. When my partner asked for another paper, the staff just asked, “how many” and “is this enough??” with an attitude. If you don’t want to work, don’t come to work. Simple!
Overall, I guess they need more training on how to pack jewelries since jewelries are very fragile and yes, customer service training.
