Sydney Tower Eye

Mohamed Abdelbary This is the highest viewing point in Sydney and I had to book my ticket in advance just in case and to avoid any queues. The staff were nice and welcoming. The elevator was quite fast & thrilling getting all the way to the top. The views from the top were very nice and you could see all the skyscrapers across Sydney, along with Hyde Park, Sydney Harbour Bridge, and Royal Botanic Gardens. Although it was raining that day, the glass was kept perfectly clean from inside and the place was well maintained. Overall, I would say 30-45 minutes would be enough to check every view around the deck and make sure to book in advance. Thanks for the nice service.

Georges Head Lookout

Gary L Great 180 degs views of the harbour, north and south Head, eastern suburb beaches and the city. Some great information boards showing a map of the harbour the different inlets and beaches etc. Nice place to sit and have a picnic, some shaded spots. Relatively recently refurbished. No amenities or parking, best to get to by foot from Chowder Bay

Pylon Lookout

Nancy Green Once found pylon museum was well worth the entry fee. Very informative regarding bridge history & construction and lookout views were amazing. In our opinion a cheaper but better experience than the bridge climb.

Balls Head Reserve

Leah Daws Dengate What a hidden gem. Great spot for a bath walk, picnic and incredible views of Sydney city and the harbour. There are a few car parks not shown so do the drive around the loop as there is one close to a bbq area and toilets, right near the views. This is a dog friendly walk so long as on leash.

Campbells Cove

Bob Lunnon We took a 90 minute Sydney Tall Ships cruise on the Southern Swan today from Campbells Cove, with three grandsons. Two undertook the Mast Climb, and were at the top of the mast in the Crows Nest when we sailed under the Sydney Harbour Bridge. An unforgettable experience for all! Highly recommended.

Yarranabbe Park

Gayl Crowe Lovely place to wander. Plenty of grass for the dog with lovely harbour views for you. Have coffee or more at the Cafe in the sailing club where your dog is welcome. Photo is from the Cafe deck. The park is big.
