1 /5 Christopher Z.: I’ve been coming here for almost two years, and Andrew has been a great hairdresser and an even better team member, demonstrating amazing professionalism. He is usually the one doing most of the work at the shop, while other hairdressers either don’t know how or simply don’t want to do it.
During my recent visits in Andrew’s absence, I found some of the workers to be beyond rude. The hairdressers seemed annoyed when asked questions, and especially the guy next to the entrance didn’t even know how to greet customers. When I asked him a simple question, his response was just a blunt “NO” without any explanation.
It’s a walk-in-only salon with no booking system, which is fine—not a problem. But when the alternative to Andrew is rude and less skilled hairdressers, this shop feels just like another poorly managed Just Cuts franchise.
