Shree Subedi The service along with the haircut was top notch here. As soon as I was approaching the barbershop i was being greeted by the barbers of the shop. One of the barbers guided me to his chair to have a seat. The chair was super comfortable. The first thing i noticed was the cleanliness of the shop. It was maintained and kept clean which is hard to find nowadays. Then the barber put the cape on me and went straight to the point and asked for what haircut i wanted. I had two options in mind so he consulted and guided me for what would suit me the best according to my head and facial features. I nearly fell asleep during the cut because it was that comforting. Throughout the process he kept everything clean which reflects their value for cleanliness even more. And at the end I was delighted by the skill and end result of the barber. I was more than happy and will always be getting my haircut from here. The price was very worth it making me feel more fresh and confident. I highly recommend this place to everybody. Honestly, the best barbershop i have ever been to in my entire life.

ivy you I went to Charming Hair so I could get my hair done for my year 10 formal. The hair Lisa did for me exceeded my expectations (although I knew it would come out well, I was very satisfied with it). While she was serving me she was very patient and knew exactly what type of style I was going for and did her very best to give me what I was looking for. Not only did Lisa do my hair but she also specially did my makeup as well and thanks to her I looked very good for my formal !! I will definitely go to Charming Hair again and I would definitely recommend everyone to visit:)

Krugen Unsher Very good cut, he also did a little touch up on my lower region and a nice massage, he did some braiding on the lower region which was quite enjoyable and soothing, I will be back here again, he also did a shave down their with some supreme quality lotion, he gave me a clean taper on the top, his manly rough hands explored every inch of my dark smooth skin, while menacingly standing over me with his man bun.

dylan Mackey I’ve had Ray cut my hair multiple times and he does a fantastic job. Very gentle with my hair and takes his time. Never rushes a job even if it’s busy. He listens to what you want and always confirms things before he cuts. Best barber I know!

Brandon Friendly staff usually. The barbers are each pretty experienced and swapping in between them still gets good results. Usually not too busy and if you have to wait you can just go to the coffee kiosk right next to barber shop. They are a bit lazy sometimes and sometimes dont seem to clean things well (shared clippers between clients without cleaning)- I showed up at 3:30 with only 1 other person waiting they were closing at 4 and refused to cut my hair... should change their closing hours instead of spending the last 30 minutes cleaning during business hours.

Chris Malte Ruge I went to the Shop in the morning to get my beard trimmed and the women who started trimming my beard did it like it was the first time for her. She wasn’t using any “hair” treatments or brushes my beard bevor just directly start to cut. And often touches my beard with the hands / fingers. It was a uncomfortable situation and i had the feeling that she had no plan what she is doing. I stopped the “procedure” after 3 minutes or she would destroy my beard completely. I went to another Barber Shop.

Michael Levenston Im a big fan of these guys! For all the whingers out there who think haircuts cost $10 - go somewhere else. OZ Barber provides a great haircut at a reasonable price - and their shop has the best decor! Theyre also happy to look after the kids hair as well. Lastly, theyre quick - no 45 minute chats, its in and out.

Angus Ive been seeing Max at OZ Barber for over ten years, and he always does an outstanding job! Hes extremely talented and very good at what he does. His prices are fair, especially considering the quality of the haircut and the great ambiance in the shop. Max is always friendly and up for a good chat. The shop also has a great range of products for sale. If youre after a top-notch haircut in a cool shop, look no further!

Jason McIntosh Disgraceful. I booked my daughters pre-formal hair appointment one month in advance and stuck the booking receipt on the fridge. I called the morning of the appointment to double-confirm. Gina said we dont have your booking and that we cant help. I told her that I had a booking receipt and she said, no we dont have you and that I have clients and have to go. Not even an apology. If its important, think twice before booking. You cant depend on them!

Son M My daughter and I have both gone to Gina for several years . She is wonderful and hasn’t done a bad cut once. Also great at highlights. Highly recommend her.

L R If I could give this place 10 stars I would, I’ve had trust issues with hairdressers in the past, so I’ve been DIYing and damaging my hair for quite sometime. I was recommended this place by a colleague of mine and I was not disappointed, I am willing to travel the 2 hours to get to them. Hayley R, you are a magician, I don’t know how you fixed my messed up, stripey, orange and damaged hair but you did. I honestly cannot find the words to express my gratitude and appreciation to all the lovely ladies who looked after me. If you’re after people who know their profession, have humility, care and kindness this is the place for you, Hayley, Hayley and Catherine THANK YOU so much for all that you did, I will definitely be coming back. Linda Brivik Andrew gets the 5 stars for excellence in hairdressing, friendliness, excellent all round service. The lady with the red hair gets 0 stars, she is very unfriendly and unhelpful and doesn’t look at you when you try to ask questions. All other staff members are friendly and helpful enough.

Christopher Z. I’ve been coming here for almost two years, and Andrew has been a great hairdresser and an even better team member, demonstrating amazing professionalism. He is usually the one doing most of the work at the shop, while other hairdressers either don’t know how or simply don’t want to do it. During my recent visits in Andrew’s absence, I found some of the workers to be beyond rude. The hairdressers seemed annoyed when asked questions, and especially the guy next to the entrance didn’t even know how to greet customers. When I asked him a simple question, his response was just a blunt “NO” without any explanation. It’s a walk-in-only salon with no booking system, which is fine—not a problem. But when the alternative to Andrew is rude and less skilled hairdressers, this shop feels just like another poorly managed Just Cuts franchise.

Curtis Cooper I visit here regularly with my kids. However, I observed something strange here. Some of the hairdressers are doing nothing while one or a few are always busy. I know customers are making request for particular hairdressers now. I guess its probably due to different standard of service provided by them. If thats the case, it is unfair for those performing above average and I think owners should take some actions to balance the workload of the hairdressers.
