5 /5 Alice Moon-Star: Very beautiful idilic gold sand beach, good swimming spot down the south part of the beach. There is also a salt pool and bathroom with cold shower to wash off sand. We found a car park near by.

You get the luxury of a beautiful beach, surrounded by a wonderland of rock faces, the beach itself can get a little rough at times for the young ones, there is a rock pool which is ideal for the less experienced swimmer. The rocks are very fun for kids , especially during low tides with dozens of small rock pools providing a first hand view of sea life, with octopus, crabs and many species of fish to be seen.

5 /5 Katrina Caesar: Stunning beach to visit for a swim without worrying about waves. Love that there is shade near the ocean pool! Parking was difficult but totally worth the wait. A beach where you could stay a long time with just a towel with you.

The Palm Beach Bible Garden

Fahima Khan Beautiful little garden on top of palm beach, beautiful views for older people to enjoy but nothing much to do for lil kids.

Mount Ettalong Lookout Pearl Beach

S Mac Parking is limited. Walk in the bush to the lookout is easy and peaceful. Look out spots have gorgeous panoramic views! Just stunning. Saw some cute flowers on the way to two different spots that allowed us to take in the view. No tickets are required.

Iluka Park

Amidalapadu Gnanoday (Uday) Beautiful place and very friendly neighbourhood. Very few people on the beach. Make sure to carry an umbrella/ tent that can be secured. There is zero shade.

Elizabeth Keating A tiny park located at the Southern end of Palm Beach. Lovely views. Grassy and shady. A perfect place for a picnic opposite waves and sand.
