1 /5 æć„è±: I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience at this salon. I spent about four hours in the chair with no proper hospitality. Aside from being offered water and tea, no one explained what hairstyle I was going to receive. Before my appointment, I showed the manager several photos of the soft perm style I wanted. She assured me that she could achieve this look and promised to show me some pictures of similar styles before starting the perm. Unfortunately, neither of these things happened.
During my treatment, I expressed my dissatisfaction, but the response I received was that the pictures I showed were created with blow-dried hair, not perming. If she wasnât able to achieve the desired style, she should have communicated that clearly from the start, instead of proceeding with a completely different hairstyle that I hadnât asked for. There was no consultation, and to make matters worse, the stylist took multiple photos of my hair without my consent.
To top it off, I was charged $500+ for a hairstyle I didnât like, and even one of the staff members, Jess, acknowledged that the style didnât match what I initially requested. I returned to the salon the following day, hoping for a resolution, but instead, I was met with a lack of responsibility from the staff, with no effort to address the issue. I didnât even ask for a refund; I just wanted my hair returned to its normal, straightened state.
After leaving the salon, I couldnât sleep because I was so unhappy with my hair, and I will never return. Honestly, I feel that they dont even know how to properly perm hair, especially for the exorbitant price they charge.
