5 /5 PRASAD SATAVSE: The trial walk is good and very scenic. Wedding cake has been fenced and is not accessible or properly visible but the views along the way are worth the walk and small hike. People along the walk were also smiling and greeting making the walk more enjoyable.

5 /5 Mary Ha: The Wedding Cake Rock Trail is a beautiful coastal walk that’s surprisingly easy to complete. The track is only about 1 hour round trip from Bundeena, making it perfect for a quick escape into nature. Although there are a few sections with slight uphill and downhill sections, it’s still an accessible trail for most people with a moderate level of fitness. The $12 national park entry fee is totally worth it for the incredible views and the experience of walking through the stunning Australian coastline. It’s a fantastic spot for whale and dolphin watching during the right season! I’d highly recommend this trail to anyone who enjoys hiking but doesn’t want something too intense. A perfect blend of beauty and ease – great for a relaxed but rewarding outdoor adventure!

4 /5 Lin Sien Koong: We live near the city and drove for about 90 minutes in the early morning, to get to Beachcomber Road, the entry point to the trail. The rock formations are interesting but it was a let down that the Wedding Cake Rock is all fenced up for safety purposes. It can collapse any day, apparently. So after witnessing the amazing cliffs and all the other natural wonders along the way, you can imagine that we were a little deflated when we were not able to get a good view of the rock. In any case, it does look different, to the usual rock formations. I can see why it is a feature. We also saw lots of boats hanging out down below, perhaps also admiring the rock but not venturing too close in case of catastrophe.
