WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo - Sydney (NSW)

4 /5 L Dilley: Not to be confused with the Toranga Zoo which is Sydneys larger official zoo. The Wild Life zoo appears to be designed to create a convenient opportunity for folks/tourists to see Australian animals up close without having to leave Darling Harbour. I appreciate that it exists within a few feet of many hotels. Although small, it delivers a great educational experience with caring and knowledgeable staff. There is an outdoor cafe and indoor seating area which is air conditioned. They offer photos with a koala ($35). We bought tickets in advance. They offer bundle packages with the aquarium and other attractions which are more cost effective than buying single tickets.

4 /5 Bulent E: A great place to explore wildlife without leaving the city! WILD LIFE Sydney is conveniently located within walking distance at Darling Harbour, where you’ll also find plenty of attractions and restaurants. It’s not a large zoo, but in about 30–45 minutes, you can walk through and see all the iconic Australian native animals in their habitats. There are also feeding sessions and small presentations that share interesting information about the animals. It is also kids friendly.

5 /5 Will Teng: What a great place to take the family on a rainy day! It was not too busy at the 10 am opening on a Saturday, although I am guessing that it got busier as the day went on. So cool to see and learn about Australian wildlife featured in this Zoo. The animals seem very well cared for.

5 /5 Kristi Klausen: We visited this morning for Koala Breakfast and it was absolutely fantastic experience! The tour was so informative and we got to see so many wonderful animals up and close :) Our tour guide Brooke is excellent! You can tell how passionate she is about her role. Breakfast was simple yet delicious. Not sure how many people were on the tour, but it didnt feel crowded at all which was lovely. So happy with the experience!

5 /5 Pisedh Sedh: Really is a nice indoor zoo with Australian native animals I couldn’t find anywhere else. Got to see Tasmanian Devils for my first time and they’re up and running around. Zoo talker are friendly and very informative
