Zoe Page Piled on extra charges when I cancelled, in violation of contract. Contract said 30 days notice required to cancel, but when I tried to cancel during an account freeze, they insisted on activating the cancel after the end of the freeze in order to extract an extra months fees. If there is a fee to cancel, say that, dont fraudulently name it a "notice period".
