Amelia Boyle Amazing gym with modern and updated facilities. As someone who trains on the floor and in classes, I have had an amazing experience. The reformer/pilates/yoga are my personal favourites, challenging but leaving me feel energised and refreshed. Instructors are super friendly especially for beginners. I also have liked using the sauna to unwind and recover.

Lauren Gledhill Love Soulhub for my weekly spray tans! Super convenient, always clean and just an easy breezy experience. Staff are always divine and super helpful if youre new to spray tanning but also totally comfortable letting you do your thing if youre a regular like me! Love it. Thank you team.

Sharon Evans Such a welcoming and beautiful sanctuary. It truly is good for the soul! Everyone is so friendly and helpful and there is such a positive, light, atmosphere. I love the tan booth. Private, quick, easy and you leave glowing. What’s not to love! You’ll leave feeling lighter and brighter after your time at soul hub. Highly recommend and thank you Blythe and Team. Vanessa Spinks I am a New member to G-Fitness and decided to start with the addition of Concept G. From day 1 Tara’s communication has been excellent. She has checked in on my experience and responded to all questions. I am not usually a runner so was hesitant at first seeming half the class in on the treadmill. As I want to improve my cardio and need to be pushed to do that, I figured Concept G was the only way to do that. When I do not feel like running I just increase the incline and walk fast. Love the mix of cardio and floor work. Overall just love Concept G and feel amazing as a result.

Erin F Concept G is like nothing I’ve ever tried before! I can get both my weight and cardio workouts in one 45 minute session. The instructors are all super experienced and helpful, especially the coordinator Tara. Classes are always interesting and challenging on clean and modern equipment. You can really move at your own pace and push yourself as much as you need to. Cannot recommend these classes enough - get into the bunker and try one!!

Stephanie Spence BFT Freshwater is a great place to train. There’s a good variety of classes throughout the week, a good group of people and all round vibe. An array of class times makes it easy to fit into your day. Coaches are knowledgeable and friendly. I always feel like I’ve had a good workout and have noticed my fitness and strength improve considerably. There are regular challenges which give you the ability to test yourself and track progress. If you’re looking for a gym with an inclusive, encouraging and fun vibe with a great community, then definitely check BFT Freshwater out!

Jody Crooks Love this gym! Ive been going to BFT Freshwater for about 18 months and it quickly became part of my regular routine. The classes are mixed throughout the week between strength based and cardio, so theres lots of variation to keep things interesting. The coaches are really friendly and encouraging and theres a great sense of community. I feel like Ive progressed a lot since joining thanks to the structured and progressive programming. The accountability of booking in for a class helps plus I love that all the thinking is done for me - I just have to show up and do it! The gym space itself is also bright, clean and airy with the high ceiling, so you never feel too cramped like you do in a lot of other gyms. Highly recommend.
