Nadejda Vladimiroff Joining Fitrev is the best step I took towards improving my mobility and fitness. Age 70. The sessions become part of your weekly routine and the team at Fitrev become your friends. Very enjoyable atmosphere and for those in the area, great location. Julie Hulston I have been attending Fit Rev for @ 5 months now and have finally (after many years) found the loveliest and best gym and team I’ve ever come across. Local, compact and with the best team of trainers who give personalised service and make you feel capable and help you achieve rewarding results. I have been training with Robbie who is always there to encourage, support and guide your training. She mixes it up personally to your abilities and has a subtle way of making you work harder as you get stronger so the results just keep coming! Highly recommend this gym. No need to be nervous, the team are down to earth and friendly and train all sorts of people and ages and will help you improve your fitness which is ultimately what it is all about!

Varuna Nangia I thoroughly enjoy yoga classes with Jori! The classes maintain a great balance between being fast-paced and yet very rejuvenating and relaxing, which works great for both the body and mind. Jori beautifully explains the asanas and tailors them as needed. It is a beautiful community of like minded people with a shared love for mindfulness and well being. Highly recommend!

Blerina Dula If you are looking to focus on your well-being, unplug and recharge look no further. Jori is a superb teacher, authentic and teaches from the heart. Her classes are outstanding, a great mix of yoga poses and breathing techniques. Cant wait to join again. Keep up with a great work.

Her technical expertise in understanding body biomechanics is impressive, and she has a keen eye for observing and providing the right cues for proper form. What truly sets Helen apart is her exceptional ability to motivate and instil a genuine love for strength training. I find myself looking forward to our weekly sessions because of her natural enthusiasm and encouragement. But Helens support goes beyond our regular sessions. Shes taken the extra step to guide me through a 10 km running program, seamlessly integrating it with my strength training. Having struggled with shoulder, hip, and back issues in the past, I can attest that under Helens guidance, these issues are improving. Im not only getting stronger but also fitter with each passing week. Helen is a dedicated and knowledgeable exercise physiologist who genuinely cares about her clients progress and well-being. I couldnt be happier with the results and the overall experience she provides.
