Her attention to detail and warm approach made the experience so enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for Janine if you want great service!

1 /5 Tim Johns: I had a very uncomfortable experience at Gold Exchange. There was an older woman with grey hair and glasses who kept yelling at me and pressuring me to buy something. She was extremely pushy and loud the entire time I was browsing. I didn’t feel respected as a customer, and it made the shopping experience very stressful. I hope the management takes this seriously and provides better customer service in the future.

1 /5 Tessa Bishop: I went to Adel Exchange at Mitcham with some gold/jewellery to sell. I have never felt so unwelcome and offended. It seemed me being there was a nuisance to them and they did not want my business. I phoned before I went explaining what I had. The only info they gave me was can I come in before 3 as it would be easier for them. There was no information about how much did I want for my goods or that it would cost me $10 for them to look at 3 pieces. They bagged the services of Cash converters but I am pretty sure they would pay the same to maximise their profit. I then went to Adelaide Gold Company in Rundle Mall, fabulous service, good price and now have a better option to pass on to everyone I know. If you are reading this, go there dont waste your time at Adelaide Exchange. I just read the reply from Adel Ex to someones review previously and it was as rude as the cusotmer service I received in store so Im thinking no hope for change. Never mind plenty more options to spend my money!!

1 /5 Matt Stevens: Mitcham Square is our well loved local shopping centre but I have never felt comfortable visiting this store. It honestly feels like an adversarial experience every time I step foot into the store. Unfriendly vibes that make me want to avoid the shop when I walk past.
