Tania van Zijl Thomas Sabo customer service is literally "second to none". They are exceptional. The responded immediately to my enquiry via the "contact us" tab on the website and went out of their way to accommodate my request. They even sent follow-up emails to ensure all my requests were actioned. Their jewellery is always received within a very short time frame, well packaged and looking better than expected. This is why they have earned every single star in this 5 star rating.

I didn’t really care about the price as the wonderful woman who served me could have sold me anything. She grabbed my attention and offered her assistance within seconds of me walking into the store. We chatted and joked, she gave me her opinion and I was sold. Such a pleasant experience.
