5 /5 Min Wade: Have used Menzies several times to repair jewellery & always courteous, friendly & offer a good explanation on the necessary repair work. Also one of the few jewellery stores (not a chain store jewellers) that offer a design or redesign service.

1 /5 Small Bean: Beyond appalling service. Belittling, toxic, and disrespectful behaviour from female staff member. Would NOT recommend. Consider hiring friendlier staff and an approach to customers that does not involve making them feel awful

5 /5 Sonja: My husband had his 50th birthday, so I wanted to get his 18ct Gold chain re-linked as they were worn. The piece was from Italy, his father gave it, sadly he has dementia so it was a sentimental item. Menzies jeweller had to spend an incredible amount of time on it , fixing every link plus a clasp and cleaning it. It was a big job that another jeweller didnt want. She did a magnificent job, and my husband was thrilled. They were on point with follow-up and had it done on time for his birthday. Ive taken my rings to get cleaned. Theyve always been professional, knowledgeable, and offer great service. The price is very reasonable I my opinion. Thank you, Menzies.
