She speaking Arabic and she was recommended lots different options. We love the service here and we highly recommend it for everyone

Phillip Ryan On Saturday I had three teeth extracted two of them being my upper wisdom teeth, the extension was excellent and information provided was easy to follow. I didn’t have any additional bleeding and only needed two panadol tablets Saturday night, by Sunday I only had a little soreness and was back to eating soft food. t Went in for the first time and Dr. Shaneel didnt even smile or seem enthusiastic? I think he does great in orthodontics but personally i want to have a orthodontist who is atleast happy to work on my teeth. The ladys at the front desk were very welcoming and polite.

Jodi Howell I cannot recommend them highly enough. I am personally terrified of dentists (PTSD from various procedures and doctors) but Dr Nilumi was amazing!! So gentle and kind. She took my fears in to account and made me feel safe the whole way through. You won’t be disappointed if you choose this dentist surgery.

Varghese My son and I visited the clinic for our appointments and it went extremely well. Dr. Saira and her assistant was very patient with my son, did a thorough checking of his teeth and explained the things we needed to know in detail in simple terms. This was my son’s first appointment where he felt super comfortable getting his teeth cleaned. They also did his permanent molars sealing to prevent it from developing cavities, that too at a discounted price. I am a person with multiple issues with my teeth such as dental erosion along gum line, tooth loss, cavities. Not only they resolved the present issues in the best possible manner, they suggested the preventative measures to prevent it from getting worse. Though ours was the last appointment, she didn’t hurry the procedures even when it was past her working hours. Overall it was one of the best and worry free dental service I’ve ever had. Highly recommend their services!”

Everyday If I could give less than one star, I would. Two years ago, I had a veneer or possibly a regular filling (I don’t remember exactly) done on my front tooth by Dr. Ghassan. While I wasn’t entirely happy with the experience, what stood out most was how unprofessional he seemed in handling his assistant, often being quite harsh and impatient with her. I found it uncomfortable that he would abruptly take tools from her hands right above me. Unfortunately, the veneer didn’t last more than 9 months, though my main reason for this review is the uncomfortable experience with his behavior.

N YIN Dr. (Mr.) Firas Alghazi extracted my wisdom teeth today and its pleasant experience. Dr. Firas applied numbing cream to the anesthesia site before anesthesia injection. The pain of the injection is very minimal and no worse than flu shot. There is absolutely no pain during the procedure. I feel Dr. Firas is very skillful and experienced to perform the wisdom teeth extraction procedure. Overall very good/pleasant experience. Dr. Firas is friendly and easy to deal with. Price-wise not the cheapest but reasonable. Thank you Dr. Firas to look after me. To the owner of the practice, Dr. Firas skills and personality deserve a star award. Once again, thank you Dr. Firas.

M D I’m giving a 1 star only for the dentist I started off seeing and not for the clinic. For patients out there wanting to see Dr Marwa, don’t do it. I had a very bad experience where a good healthy tooth was damaged on purpose and ended up in a root canal in which I believe was done for extra money. Half why through my root canal therapy I asked to see another dentist (Dr Firas). I wish I had gone to see Dr Firas from the beginning because he was professional and much more experienced than Dr Marwa. As for the clinic itself and the reception staff/dental assistant, cleanness etc. nothing but the best. The review is only targeted for Dr Marwa.

John Tang I made appointment with Dr Varenganayil, she helped me to fill one of my tooth. She is so patient and kind, especially she is such a professional doctor that I am very satisfied with her work. What she did make me to be more confident due to more beautiful teeth. Thanks for your excellent service, Dr Varenganayil and the nurse. I recommend it for anyone who need this kind of service.

Jennifer Bui My first time at this dental clinic was not necessarily the best experience. I am not someone who ever posts negative reviews as I believe that every business deserves a second chance, however it has left quite a negative impact on me and a sour taste in my mouth for months now. Everyone at the clinic was lovely to me, the receptionist was friendly and the dentist that I booked with, Dr Marwa was nice to me during the initial stages. After the basic clean and consultation, I was informed that I needed 7 fillings which I was taken aback by, as I am someone who is very health conscious and always ensures adequate and appropriate dental care for myself. Instead of advising me of all my available options, she then proceeds to provide me with a quote of $2000 for the entire procedure, which frankly, I believe is overcharging to the extreme. I decided to seek a second opinion from another dental clinic who performed the required scans and informed me that those said fillings that I “required” were completely unnecessary as my teeth were in very good shape. This dentist was kind enough to reiterate to me that fillings are irreversible and should be a last resort - not a procedure that one should hastily rush into, simply, to make money off patients. Please do better. Put your patients above financial gain and it will serve you well in the long run :)

Leah Paglia Dr. Lee is absolutely amazing with kids! Weve visited other dentists in the past who made us feel rushed and lacked the patience needed when dealing with little ones, especially during their first dental visits. Its incredibly important to me to have a dentist who helps make the experience less scary for my children, and Dr. Lee did exactly that. She took the time to talk to my children, gently explained each step as she worked, and made sure they felt comfortable the entire time. Her kind and patient approach made a huge difference. We’re so grateful to have found her! I truly feel like I have found a lifelong dentist for my family!

Jorja Carter-Smith I didnt find Linda as amazing as I was told she was. She interfered with my ADHD/asd son when I was telling him hed have to leave the room due to his behaviour (which had been really good until this point but wed waited a while and then he was agitated in the room). There was no need for her to tell him she would send him out if he didnt stop as I was already handling it. She told me my daughter had receeding gum lines and asked if she chews a lot which I said she doesnt, so what else could it be? In a condescending tone she told me it couldnt be anything else and some of chewing must be causing it. I will say she was knowledgeable with explanation of what my daughter needed but I just didnt feel comfortable with her bedside manner. The appointment was $150 and the next one was going to be $350. I went to my local dentist for the treatment who put it under the Medicare dental scheme.

Orlando Mirabal We took our 2 year old to see Dr Linda Nguyen. She was recomended by some friends they said she was the best kids dentist in the northern suburbs. It was his first time at the dentist and it was a good experience he was happy at the end and got a balloon as a reward.

San K Its been one and a half years and I have finally gotten my braces off. At first my teeth were all over the place and I believed that it wont be able to be fixed. However, Dr. Menon assured me that the treatment will help fix my smile. And it did. Dr. Menon has made my braces journey enjoyable and she is very caring towards her patients. I was delighted to have her as my orthodontist. I will come again!

M E Today I had the worst experience at this dentist this morning. I was lied to, very rude behaviour and wanted to over charge me for treatment that I didnt ask for. I was told that the dentist who I normally deal with was no longer working there which to my surprise she was. I saw her, then confronted the front desk and was repeatedly lied and disrespected about the dentist presence. Not only did she lie she was also rude, disrespectful and wanted to over charge me on work I didnt come in for initially. When I refused to agree to her work I left and was followed outside yelling at me that I didnt pay consultation fee. The nerve on her. I do not recommend anyone dealing with this dentist as they are unreliable liars and have no respect for their clients and on top want to rip people off. As a result of this I have been left traumatised and anxious. Bad practice dont go there!!!!!!
