Renee T VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I had my nails done last week and it was a bad experiences! On social media, they mentioned there’s a free extension offer hence I made a booking. However on the day, I was only told it didn’t apply to the style of nails I chose AFTER they did the extension so I have no choice but to go for their design nails (the design nails are A LOT more expensive) I was planning to get a simple chrome but end up spending $135 on a design that I don’t even like! Wish they are more upfront about it, as I would definitely not get the extension if I know it is not included! Here is the nails that I got for $135, VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!

H L I have been to this chain store in the city and Doncster. The salesperson at the Boxhill store is the most professional and can give me effective suggestions, whether it is recommended products for problem skin or recommendations for makeup products. If I need it next time, I will still come to this store to purchase.

Rangga Basudewa Horrible haircut for $45. Asked for an undercut, yet somehow my hair ended up looking like a mushroom bob even though i showed a picture for reference. The cut wasnt even, some parts were longer than the others. Staff definitely needs retraining.

Staci Lo I have tried a several hairdressers from the west side and none could get the result I wanted. Was trying my luck when I popped in Muse, and ended up getting one of the best experience and result! From Peter to the team who washes hair, they were all very attentive and gentle. First time ever when I coloured my hair there’s special hair oil put into the scalp, cream around the hairline and ears were covered, and even a plastic shield on top of eyes to protect the strong chemical smell and irritation. Peter 和團隊都很棒啦！謝謝大家！非常開心終於找到讓我滿意的髮廊了～～

NPGM Predominately a food precinct. Plenty of hair and nail salons. Not for those fashion lovers. Need to probably go to Eastland, Doncaster or Fountain Gate. Parking can be difficult. Traffic in the area is extremely bad at times. Market place does have some specially priced items.

G W Reviewers from this area should bring issues to the managements attention instead of giving 5 star reviews hoping to drive up the real estate prices. This is a feral place unlike anything Ive seen within 100+kms east of the city. Aggressive groups of juveniles and teens riding scooters and jumping off skateboards inside the shopping centre, trying to provoke even when travelling with infants and toddlers... I cant imagine any crown worthy of a better jewel. There are no security personnel or anyone at the management desk. Shame on the centre management.

Doom I have been taking my little baby to Ange since she was 2months old and they took really good care of her. Shes always so excited to enter the salon and always looks so happy every after session. My husband wouldnt let me take her to other salons. We did try other shops 2 times when we cant book with Ange but he insists that we have to redo it with Ange right away, so since then I just have to wait in line to get my appointments. The team is amazing and they show love to all the puppies in the salon. Bonus: Puppies always smell AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the best best best scent ever!

Ben Trinh Amazing experience for the past year, we take our Chow Chow Theo here to have a wash and groom every 6-8 weeks and are over the moon each time. After the 1st appointment in March 2022 the staff have remembered Theo each time after and do an immaculate job with the wash and hand scissoring him to perfection. Staff are friendly with great communication as to when Theo will be ready and when he is ready and if there are any delays they will sms you promptly. Highly recommend to pay a little more for the teeth clean they do an amazing job for something that is often overlooked and not to mention Theo is left smelling beautiful for days to follow!

Only downside was the fact there was dogs behind the counter which didn’t seem to be any other clients dogs, these dogs were very loud which frightened lizzy quite abit but apart from that great job looking after my beloved lizzy! photos attached

Thrive and Shine Co. Expensive Job Incomplete. I won’t be taking my dog back to these guys as sadly they don’t genuinely care. When I took my dog there over a week ago my Border Collie was matted as she’s a farm dog. Even though she weighed exactly 20 kgs they said they gave me a “discount” and charged me for a groom for 16-20kg dogs which is actually correct. Two add ons (dematting and deshedding) later, her hair was still uneven and her tail and lower 1/3 of her back was a mess. Her hair was still matted and the back was a different length to the front 2/3 of her body. They charged me extra again to even it out and to this day, my dog’s looks like she hasn’t had a groom. The point of running a business is listening to your customers. Surprised that they charged for three add on’s and none of it covered a basic tidy up which was what I asked them to do in the first place.

T J (JT) I go to this place for pedicures and it’s quite good I recently paid $95 for a lash lift and it was terrible, they didn’t leave the glue on for long enough and didn’t make sure my lashes were laid down evenly and now it’s so messy and I feel upset and I try to put mascara on it and my lashes are all wonky and glued together weirdly. I feel like they don’t even care about the quality of their beauty services other than nails

Their rule is "I must have my nails done at his house before I can get my nails removed for free."However, because of their mistakes, I may be unable to have my toenails done for half a year, and then they irresponsibly charged me for my nail removal. And made my feet look like this.I feel inferior because of my feet.

JLA L Lisa is super patient and sweet. Both my boys hate getting haircuts, but she always manages to calm them down with so much care. My little one is only 1YO, and she even let me hold him upright while she quickly finished the cut, so fast and smooth! You can really tell she’s genuine and loves what she does. Can’t recommend her enough!

Margaret McLAREN I made an appointment the day before for a trim and blow wave. It took me a while to make sure the hairdresser understood what I wanted. After that I got a good hair cut at a very good price by todays standards. This is a no-frills salon. It is not a "pampering" hair salon experience at Classic Hair Design. You will get a good, quick cut.

Daniel Ford Absolute joke. Firstly changed $28 to trim sides which took about 3 mins. Then an extra $1.20 card surcharge. Avoid. Better places in Box Hill for a haircut.

Melisa Jayanti Went in for a cut before reading the reviews, I dont understand why there are so many bad reviews. In my experience, the hairdresser took her time cutting my hair and asking for my feedback for the length and bangs. Although she did need some guidance from other hairdresser because she didnt really understand English. Got charged $50 because my hair is long, got the short-medium cut as I wanted by showing them a reference picture. Will probably go back here when Im due a haircut.

Luke All these negative reviews on here are crazy. This is a $10 haircut. What do you expect? I go here for a buzz cut, 2 ontop and 1 on the sides, it’s perfect every time. Quick service, quickly in and out, that’s exactly what you expect for $10. If you want a detailed haircut and you actually care about a nice end result, maybe you should go to a more expensive barber and don’t risk it for $10 and then complain about your $10 service.

Meg Brain Terrible. As bad as many reviews say. I went today and they cut hair where I said not to cut but left hair where I wanted it cut. Look at the hair above my ear, what the hell is that? I look like a crazy person. She tucked it behind my ear when I asked her. Wont be going back. I will go past there to tell them how terrible their work was. Ill go to the student hairdresser at Box Hill to get it fixed, thats also cheap but at least they try to do a good job and the teacher supervises to make sure it goes ok at least.

Mary Ma Very bad quality. I asked for a haircut that wasn’t too short but after I was practically bald. They also blew my hair all over me after and it got in my shirt. Horrible place never coming back. I would give negative stars if I could. Do not come here.

Jim Sim Took pretty quick, she finished the hair cut even before I blinked my eyes. Quality is poor with uneven cut all around the head. Definitely not going back. If you are looking for a decent looking haircut without getting your self confidence destroyed, there are many other better quick cut options out there.

H S For $10, I didn’t expect a five-star experience. However, I was dismayed to find many uneven, stringy ends. A basic, straight cut should be included in the price. This place is almost like a scam.
