Van w Dr Mann is the dentist for my whole family and she’s amazing! Very friendly, efficient and helpful and has recently done my wisdom tooth extraction. It was such an easy experience and I couldn’t recommend highly enough for people needing to get them out or are unsure. The assistant Anna is also super lovely. Honestly really used to hate the dentist but now I don’t! So so glad I found the Ornate Denal Clinic.

Bridget Dudley Went here for years but after the change of ownership, the service declined. The new dentist I had was rough, kept poking/squeezing my lips/gums to the point where I was flinching and my eyes were watering. She told me I needed fillings, an issue that had never before been mentioned, and recommended a change in my permanent wire from braces but didn’t act on it. Decided to go to another clinic recently who was super gentle and caring, actually fixed the wire issue for me and most importantly, took X rays and said I do NOT need fillings. Seemed like a cash grab to be honest. Will not be coming back.

Embracing Space Dr Sigal Jacobson and the team at Jacobson Dental Group are the best in the BIZ! I came to them after seeing previous dentists advising that I would need full braces on my top row due to a twisted tooth over the years but at Jacobson they were able to save me thousands and fix the tooth with a veneer composite and I am thrilled with the outcome and so happy. Langkilde Mary (Mimi) Dentist Mira is an absolute Gem. The clinic is true to its motto - 100% emergency dental appointments definitely guaranteed! I had a big piece of tooth fall out and made an appointment (1st time at this clinic). Appointment made the next day (two days before Good Friday). Tooth repaired and any ongoing dental requirements attended to promptly. I can’t believe I have found a fantastic service and a knowledgeable and professional dentist….just by chance

Later afternoon when i got home and the effect of anesthesias gone i found out a big piece of my teeth is missing. After call the clinic next day i have been told that dr. Will fix it up on no cost but today when i head back to clinic dr. Refused and demanded extra 214$ for do feeling which was awful. Totally not recommend any one to go there.

Thang Do Very nice and professional clinic. All doctors Ive seen are very nice, although there are differences in their skills. I would take 1 star off for that reason but I believe the clinic really try their best to keep their standards.

The treatments and equipment used is also excellent. They work 7 days a week and till late so its very convenient for the patient

Before choosing YMMS, I went through consultations with four different orthodontists, all exploring the same end goal. Hands down, YMMS stood out. They were by far the most comprehensive, the most attentive, and genuinely the most caring. Their approach felt personal, thoughtful, and truly focused on what was right for me—not just what was easy or profitable. I even visited one of those big-name clinics (yes, the one you always hear on the radio). Their quote was nearly four times the price—and they told me I’d need to have my jaw broken first. Mike Neighbour My experience with this practice was truely horrible. Firstly I had a filling done that was left too high. I contacted them and they asked me to come in and have an adjustment. The adjustment took less than 10 minutes. When I got home they sent me an invoice for an additional $200. I argued that if they hadn’t left the filling high I wouldn’t have needed the adjustment, I told them I wasn’t paying it , they then cancelled the invoice I later had fillings done of my left and right molars just before going on a road trip. The whole time I was away I couldn’t chew on either side of my mouth. As soon as I got home to went back to EBDG and the dentist took another X-ray then proceeded to drill out my new filling and replace it. After that I still couldn’t chew so I made an appointment to see Sarah the practice manager. I told Sarah my problem I was having and her solution was eat soft food and use Sensodyne tooth paste. I expressed my scepticism to this solution then Sarah said they could refer me to an endodontist . I told Sarah I wanted to be seen by another dentist as I no longer had confidence in the previous dentist. At this point Sarah became very defensive ,stood up and terminated our meeting . So after spending over $1000 on these fillings I had to find a new dentist to assess their work. When my new dentist contacted EBDG to request my X-rays, OPG and notes they were very rude and said it would take up to 30 Days to send the records across. This was so vindictive and unprofessional. My new dentist found some work that was clearly sub standard and it’s going to cost me some money to fix it but I am just so happy I don’t have to deal with EBDG again. I feel that they are impersonal, uncaring and unwilling to take responsibility for their work. My new dentist is great, very friendly and caring. In my experience it is better to find a dentist who is friendly, caring and professional than to go to a large impersonal clinic like EBDG just because they are Medibank preferred .

george czydel My front tooth crown had broken off at the gum line and was badly infected. I am claustrophobic, hate needles in my mouth plus was really anxious about just how this tooth could be extracted without causing a heap of expected pain. Harry Marget my dentist did an excellent job reassuring and calming me down to the point where i felt no needle pain!!! then he spent some time getting a hold of the tooth and extracted it again pain free!!!! Many many thanks Harry and the EBDG....I am a hell of a lot happier now so that in coming weeks I can go down the dental implant road.

Darren KWEITEL Cannot speak highly enough of the EBDG- the entire family goes here, and we have never thought about switching. You wont find a more honest and practical dentist in Yelena. She is thorough and builds a dental care plan-explaining where the priorities are and how they should be managed. As someone that has dental anxiety, she is empathetic and has always ensured major treatments were stress and pain free! Victor is one of the best kids-friendly dentists- caring, fun and ensures the tough procedures (extractions) are managed with care and (importantly) pain/ stress-free! They have since grown too old for Victor and see Cindy and Diana - both excellent in their own right. When they are happy to go to the dentist, that says it all. Staff on desk are fantastic and always there to help in an emergency! Adele and Bobby always greet you with a smile and get you in and out quickly. Consistency says it all and there has been little turnover in years. A massive thumbs up- have been going here for 8 years and would not consider going anywhere else!!
