Minh Le Lorna and Diane are absolutely amazing at the front desk, they are so helpful when it comes to booking appointments and finding times that work for you. Dr Jason is an absolute gem. I am an anxious patient and I’m so glad I found him. He took the time to explain my treatment plan and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire 2.5hrs appointment. The clinic is clean and calming. I am so happy with the care here and not planning to go anywhere else. Thank you!

Whether a simple clean and polish, a crown and even adult wisdom teeth extraction, I have always received excellent treatment. Rowen D Felix and the team have been looking after my teeth since 2018. I saw them after having not been able to see a dentist for seven years, and was very anxious about needing a lot of work. They were incredibly kind and there was no judgement about my teeth. They are also a very affordable practice as dentists go, which is why I was able to see them in the first place! Felix is the best dentist I’ve ever had, and has been fantastic about working with my medical limitations to ensure that my teeth are still looked after. I’m now moving interstate, and I’m honestly incredibly sad to say goodbye! I’m not sure how I’ll find another practice like this one. Thank you all so much for the care you’ve given me over the last six years, and to Jenny for the many chats. If you’re looking for a new dentist, you absolutely won’t find better than Pearson Dental!

oskar dunscombe Ive been going here for years, Felix is a great dentist. very clear with explanations and info and has been great working with my very difficult to numb lower jaw which has been an issue with other dentists in the past. Never had a bad experience here.

Raelene Ho I’m really disappointed with my experience at Full Face Orthodontics, especially considering I was a returning patient who genuinely tried to do the right thing. I had an appointment with Dr. Mahony and, while en route, was caught in an unexpected traffic incident. I immediately called ahead to let the reception know I’d likely be 10–15 minutes late and asked if it was still worth coming in. I was told to reschedule due to timing. I followed their advice in good faith, assuming I wouldn’t be penalized for something beyond my control — especially since I called in advance and was still prepared to make it. Later, I was told my $120 deposit was forfeited because I didn’t give 48 hours’ notice. Apparently, had I just shown up late without calling, I might’ve avoided the penalty. So I’m left wondering: am I being punished for being honest and respectful? To make things worse, I was offered the chance to use the deposit only if I switched to a different provider — even though I specifically booked (and have a treatment history) with Dr. Mahony. When I asked for clarification or a little understanding, I was repeatedly met with cold, rigid responses. In today’s climate, $120 isn’t a small sum. I expected more flexibility and compassion — especially from a clinic I once trusted. Instead, I feel like I was treated as just another transaction.

Lauren Chikan I have achieved great results with Full Face Orthodontics. I didnt like my smile and through fear of orthodontic treatment I didnt do anything to fix it until my late 30s. Dr Mahony made me feel very comfortable and it was clear he was very knowledgeable and I finally felt confident to go ahead. I was fortunate enough to have Dr Karim as well throughout my treatment who is absolutely fantastic and less than 18months later I have a beautiful smile and I can breathe better than I ever have as well.
