Alyson Tjhung A wonderful experience. The space is clean, calming and very modern. Luisa really took the time to settle me in and explain my treatment after she assessed my skin. The bed is heated, the music and lighting is relaxing, the treatment and massage is exceptional. I came away very happy, relaxed and my skin feels and looks so much better. I intend to follow her advice on how to maintain healthy skin and I highly recommend her services. Thank you so much!

Tash W I honestly couldnt recommend Luisa highly enough. Luisa has been looking after my skin since around 2014 at her Malvern clinic. At the time I had extremely problematic skin. Luisa created custom blends for my skin which eventually healed and cleared up leaving no permanent damage (honestly so worth the investment over wasting money on store brought brands which arent customized). Luisa is extremely knowledgeable about skin and she has created the most beautiful and peaceful space at Skindividuals on 49. She is the most beautiful and genuine person who deserves all of the success coming her way! I always wonder if reviews have been paid for - I can assure you that every review here is the real deal. Now that I am at the end of my 30s, I am so glad i invested in my skin and worked with someone so knowledgeable!

Elizabeth Moran This was my first time visiting the clinic and I couldnt have been more impressed with my experience there. I had booked in for a particular treatment but Alethea took the time to discuss my skins current condition and offered me several different options with sound advice to support choosing each one. The actual session was beyond what I expected and not only is my skin still glowing 24 hours later but I feel as if Ive had a emotional and physical reset as a result of the hour long treatment. (a lovely atmosphere in the treatment rooms with subtle lighting, quiet music, a skilled therapist and bonus head/neck massage ! ). I can highly recommend this business and the professionalism of their staff. 10/10.

Vicky Salazar About Grace beauty spa is the best place to get pampered, rejuvenated and relax. I had done the Mangosteen radiance facial and now my skin is glowing like never before. If you want to have amazing eyebrows you should opt for the microblading. Nguyet is a talented and meticulous artist that will give you the perfect eyebrow look! I have received a lot of compliments from family and friends and they couldn’t believe they were tattooed because they seem so natural.

Katherine My first visit to About Grace and Nguyet performed a hot stone massage that was just amazing. I felt so completely relaxed and at peace. Nguyet performed the ritual professionally and in a way I just felt at ease. My daughter had come along and she also polished her nails and really took the time to interact with her and did a great job. Ill definetly be back.

Rescheduled to today and spend $140 on lashes to have my eye lashes pulled out, eye poked by there tools and had tools they had dropped on the floor used on my lashes. For 2 hours I was poked and prodded and ended up with lashes that look nothing like the photos I showed them. Clearly need to train their staff more. Very disappointing won’t be returning.
