Sharon Carey Staff are very professional and make you feel welcomed. The setting for a facial is top class and professionally done. I had a facial with Dora and it was out of this world. Worth every penny and its my new addiction.

Vasili Kourabas Asked for simple haircut and they shaved my hair off. Worst place I’ve ever gone to. Horrible service no communication just rude.

j Went there yesterday, the lady that did my eyebrow threading had no hand hygiene, no manners, was on the phone when I went in and whole experience was very rushed. One eye brow is thinner than the other. Been to a few beauty and brow parlour around Melbourne and have all been good - second time here and yet very bad experience.

Maria DB First time using this nail salon & although my sns nails plus pedicure were done well, I was unimpressed with another client sitting beside me who clearly had a serious case of toes & foot fungus. I did mention after he left that they should refuse service to clients with foot fungus as it is highly contagious and instead advise him to see a pediatrist. More attention to hygiene is needed! Hopefully I don’t end up with a fungus infection.

Klair Fang This was my best experience at a nail salon! They were incredibly punctual, which is rare compared to other salons where I’ve often had to wait longer. The nail technician was highly professional, efficient, and skilled. I was impressed with both the quality and speed of the service. Highly recommend! (If the salon can buy desk vacuum will be prefect, but overall it’s clean and tidy)

Claire Shepley Lovely staff, very accommodating. However; they need to slow down and not rush. I’ve just had a pedicure and the technician broke my big toenail rushing to remove the old Shellac. One it was painful and two, it’s ruined the appearance of my pedicure.

Ranjana Dutta Wonderful experience with Shabnam. She knew exactly what my daughter was looking for with her hair style and highlights, and took the time and patience to achieve the best results. Shes experienced, friendly and approachable. We are extremely pleased with the end result, and would highly recommend her for highlights and hair styling. We will be back for sure :)

Poet X I had an absolutely awful experience at this salon. I asked for SNS with tips, but I had to leave before the SNS was even applied because my fingers were stinging so badly. The nail technician managed to cut every single one of my fingers, and I was actively bleeding throughout the appointment. I genuinely felt like I had to get out of there before I ended up with an infection. To make matters worse, they kept trying to upsell me in the most frustrating ways. First, the technician intentionally cut the tips longer than I wanted and then told me it would be an extra $5 to keep them at that length. Then, she also convinced me to get a manicure on top of the SNS, which I regret even more given how badly my fingers were handled. The whole experience just felt sneaky and left a bad taste in my mouth. This was especially upsetting because my sister’s engagement was this weekend, and my nails were left in a terrible state. Even hours later, after my fingers stopped bleeding and I washed my hands, they still looked awful. I’ve attached a photo taken at that point to show just how bad the damage was. When it came time to pay, the technician acted like she was doing me a favor by giving me a $10 discount—bringing the price from $65 down to $55. Considering the pain and damage caused, I should not have paid at all, but at that point, I just wanted to leave. The overall atmosphere of the salon was also terrible. It felt dirty, and I wasn’t the only one having issues—another customer was politely asking for a correction on one of her nails, and the worker was visibly annoyed, huffing and puffing while fixing it and raising her voice in another language. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel like I need to warn others. This wasn’t just a bad nail job—it was painful, unprofessional, and potentially unsafe. I would never go back and strongly advise others to avoid this place. Not even 1 star worthy.

Nilofar Z Ive always had a good experience, the staff are all friendly and patient with you. They focus on all details and ensure you are happy. I came in recently for sns with tips and designs on each nail, they did such a great job and for a really good price, I left so impressed and happy, couldnt stop looking at my nails!!
