Linda Cho I have major anxiety when it comes to dentists and have always been so careful who I see. I have recently moved to Melbourne and was recommended Dr Edward Lee. He was the most calm, friendly and professional dentist I have ever seen. Instantly made me feel comfortable and relaxed. He was very clear in how he explained what we were doing and what was happening with my teeth. He fixed up a filling and I didnt even notice- which was a dream! He truely cares about making the experience as relaxed as possible and you can see his genuine care for his patients. eunseo kim I was recommended to see Dr Edward by a friend, and I’m so glad I did. In my 30+ years of dental experiences, this was by far the most exceptional care I’ve received. For the first time, I left a dental clinic without feeling traumatised by the treatment. Dr Edward was incredibly thorough in explaining everything, helping me understand the procedure step by step. I also saw Dr Cameron, and both doctors took the time to ensure I felt safe and comfortable throughout. They never rushed or pushed unnecessary treatments, which I truly appreciated. A previous clinic immediately recommended a root canal and implant for the same issue, but Dr Edward and Dr Cameron instead took a conservative approach. Dr Edward used a resin filling, which alleviated the pain (at least for few months now), and explained that more invasive treatment like a root canal would only be considered if absolutely necessary. Their care and integrity gave me so much peace of mind. The entire staff was warm and friendly—even comforting me during the procedure when I felt nervous. I genuinely felt cared for. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for ethical, compassionate, and high-quality dental care.

Yana I don’t like to leave negative reviews but I think this one might help others from the same experience. My visit was a couple of years ago. It was my first dentist in Australia since I was a teenager, having lived in UK prior. I found this clinic, having been advertised $199 introductory offer check up and clean. After the check up I was told I couldn’t get the clean because I needed to have a deep clean with the hygienist as it had been a few years since I had my last clean. Fair enough. I booked an appointment with the hygienist. I was charged $350 to have ONE side of my mouth cleaned with local anaesthetic (LA). I had to book a second appointment to have the other side cleaned, this time I requested not to have LA because firstly, I had never had, or been offered, LA for a deep clean in UK. Secondly, and mostly importantly, LA raises the heart rate (which I wasn’t told prior to getting the anaesthetic first time round) which causes me great discomfort and panic. I was still charged $350 for this regardless. So in total I was charged $700 to get my teeth cleaned plus the initial $199 for a check up with NO clean. I booked this clinic because of the affordable advertised price, as someone struggling with cost of living, however, this left me reluctant to book myself in at other dental clinics for fear of how much it’s going to cost me.

Jo Rice Over the last year I have suffered a cracked crown & also needed root canal treatment on a separate tooth. I couldnt speak more highly of the expert care I received at Imperial Dental. Dr Sundeep is gentle, caring & highly professional & makes the whole experience easy. I have referred friends & family to her & they will never go anywhere else. May 2025 When my long term dentist retired last year, the clinic changed hands & I wasnt sure what to expect. I needed to have dental implants & couldnt be happier with the experience or the result. The staff are friendly & professional, & communication re my procedure was excellent. I highly recommend Dr Sundeep Kaur as a dental surgeon & delightful person to deal with. The standard of sterility, courtesy, competence & warm communication exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic.

I was initially very apprehensive of treatment due to being in my 40s and having health issues but Im so happy I went ahead with treatment. Im really pleased with my results and the level of care Ive received. Ive been to a number of specialists including dentists, periodontists and endodontists and everyone recommended Chris. The staff at this practice are wonderful and very helpful. Thank you Chris and team for everything!

Josh Baker An expensive place to get your orthodontics done. There are several places nearby that charge $4-5k less than here and get the same result. My appointment felt more like a sales pitch than a what’s best for the customer. Ended up going to hawthorn east dental which charged $4.7k less for the same treatment.

Damien Dunbabin Was questioned and embarrassed when Payment had gone through and questioned. Had globe blown and burnt me in chair, but lack of compassion. Dr Paul Schneider put his hand on the inside of my leg and told me that I’m handsome and made me completely uncomfortable, when I reported him To another staff member I was told he is just different and a bit weird and was brushed off. Which I found in appropriate and abuse. Then after finishing my braces I was given a plate that didn’t fit properly an when I asked for another they said it would cost me over $500 which I was not in a position to afford. I am saddened by my experience and my teeth are the proof. I do not recommend this ortho.

Jennifer Eagles Paul Schneider has done braces for myself 38 yrs ago and since then 3 more of my sisters - he also did braces for my now 20 yr old son and we are back with him again for my 17yr old son!. Paul and his practice are an amazing group of professionals, a caring and talented team from the reception staff through to the orthodontists...... I really could not rate them high enough and Paul I believe has every childs absolute best interests at heart when he treats them...... all smiles here :)

Tim Celalet I have had three root canals with Dr Tilley and it has always been so easy. His dental nurse has an incredible bedside manner and he is not in it for anything other than what is medically needed. And they have parking.

andrew minard I had a bit of an issue with my molar that my dentist couldnt figure out so I got referred to Dr Tilley. My root canal took an hour, thats it! One visit only! Ive had dental fillings that were more intensive than this. Its expensive but you get what you pay for. He explained things clearly, with a lot of care. I felt comfortable the entire time. Hes an expert in his field and trains others, so he knows what hes doing.

Hit Trax MIDI Files Dr Tilley did my root canal in one visit. I highly recommend this procedure over the standard 3 to 4 procedures at a normal dentist. Will require a referral from your dentist.

Nadine Cresswell-Myatt I am sure his work is is fine. But as a patient do you really want the work worth over 2000 dollars done in one sitting. Hes drilling but you are the person with your mouth ultra wide open and under severe stress for over an hour. The numbing needle is also done in a hurry. To be honest it hurt. I think he should let people know there are two x-rays involved and that he isnt using a thryoid shield unless they complain. He might say it is the same radiation as watching TV but why high-tale it out of the room during the x-ray. Harvard dentistry school is examining the impact of x-rays on thyroids. Because dental radiography, a common source of low-dose diagnostic radiation exposure in the general population, is often overlooked as a radiation hazard to the gland and may be associated with the risk of thyroid cancer. An increased risk of thyroid cancer has been reported in dentists, dental assistants, and x-ray workers; and exposure to dental x-rays has been associated with an increased risk of meningiomas and salivary tumours. Im missing half a thryoid I would have demanded the shield if Id known he was going to do an x-ray but I wasnt even told that the x-ray was happening. I was simply told to hold this while he and the dental nurse high-tailed it out of the room.

Grace ODonohue Ive had the best experience with Greg who helped to fix my teeth after a nasty accident. Both Greg and his assistant Kate have been so supportive and have helped to get my smile back better then what it was before. I couldnt recommend him more highly.

Abbey Au I see Dr. Zhang for my gum treatment. He is an extremely thorough person. He explained my condition patiently to help me understand more about my gums. I have a clear detail of my treatment and transparent treatment cost. Appreciate.

M H Gum grafting procedure performed and failed. Brushed off and told to come back for a review, showed no care obviously wanting to avoid the situation and get me out of there. Stressful environment, unhygienic with dirty window seals. After I think of my whole experience, I wonder why I ever went ahead with it but I was desperate for the procedure. Don’t go here, get a second opinion and I can guarantee you’ll be satisfied elsewhere.

Katsumi Schubert I came to Dr William Zhang when I came down with acute necrotising ulcerative gingivitis. He is a friendly, no nonsense periodontist and I was at ease throughout my two procedures knowing my gums and teeth were in good hands. His team is friendly and most importantly my gums are already pink again after just a few days. Lucky to have a skilled periodontist in Hawthorn East. Thank you team!

S S Dr Zhang brings perfection to every second to his job. He is an extremely thorough person. His analysis of assessment and prognosis is very accurate. He is very gentle and meticulous in the surgical procedures - his skills for surgery is another level. I felt the whole procedures very smooth. Post each surgery, I had no pain, no bruise, minimal swelling and very quick recovery. Dr Zhang communicates with the patient about the details and procedures explicitly during consultation and surgery. Thank you very much, Dr Zhang and your team. I felt very privileged to be able to access to you and your clinic the whole time. Sun.
