N Liz has hands that have travelled to both the future and the past. This may be a big call but I think she potentially could unite Korea and bring peace to the Middle East. I thought my facial would be good, but I transcended both time and location and found myself relaxing on a beach in Thailand while the hands of a dozen cherubs gently caressed my face with the elegance and experience of an immortal wizard. It may be too soon to call, but her facial may have ended the intergenerational trauma in my family. Thanks Liz.

Deanna Andrews Dena has done bio sculpture on my nails every 3 weeks for the last year. My nails have never looked better, they are longer and stronger. The gel doesn’t go on the nails looking too thick, it’s a lovely thin layer that just looks like nail polish only it lasts a lot longer without ruining you natural nail. Love going to the salon, I recently had a lash lift and loved that too!

Kaz Red Maria is an extremely skilled hairdresser, I love, love her work, I discovered her a few years ago and wouldnt go anywhere else. I think an indicator of her level of skill is that my hair always grows out beautifully in cut and colour. The salon is gorgeous and Maria is a complete sweetheart, she was super lovely even when I turned up after the lockdown with a DIY bleached crop, for which I will be eternally grateful!

Ashleigh Close Okay, so Ive been going to Paulina de los Reyes | Beauty Skin & Laser Clinic for a while now, and I have to say, its absolutely fantastic! From the moment you walk in, youre greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The clinic itself is beautiful and in a really great location too. This place is seriously amazing! Ive been a regular for a while now, and honestly, I dont know what Id do without them. Every single person who works there is an absolute gem – so friendly and professional, and they really know their stuff. They offer a wide range of services, from facials and skin treatments to laser and body treatments, massages, and of course, the reason I initially went there, waxing, but now Ive moved onto sugaring as well. They were the ones who told me about this alternative to waxing which I love! Regardless, Ive always been thrilled with the results and the staff, and even the prices are very, VERY reasonable. Their bond system, required when booking, actually helps me stay organised. I end up paying for the entire appointment ahead of time, and then whenever Im done with my appointment, I make sure to book in my next one and pay before I leave. However, this is really good and works for me as it keeps me on my toes and ensures that I make it to the appointment, because sometimes I have a tendency of missing these things and getting caught up. And I dont just want any place that will basically allow that and then rebook me in. Although, in saying that.. I have had an emergency or two where Ive missed an appointment and theyve happily booked me in again with no judgement, and I paid for that new appointment without any worries. I am sure if I wanted to argue the point then they would understand and potentially only take my bond and then move the remainder of my payment to that next appointment Im rebooking, but I felt bad just not showing up and I feel they deserve a tip and then some after all my other appointments, so I dont mind that I had to pay again and lost out that time. Ultimately, it was my fault. They use high-quality products and the latest technology, so you know youre in good hands. The clinic is open 7 days a week, which is super convenient too. Plus, I even managed to convince my friend to get a wax for the first time, and I told her she had to do it here. She was always too scared, but I told her that shed be fine and Id go with her and get my wax done at the same time, which the receptionist was more than happy to help me to co-ordinate this when I rang up to make the two bookings. And guess what? Not only did she dive in headfirst with basically getting her entire body waxed, but she absolutely loved it! Shes already booked her second appointment, so thats a testament to how good they are. Honestly, I cant recommend this place enough. If youre looking for a beauty clinic in Williamstown, do yourself a favour and check them out. You wont regret it!

I attended for my first Brazilian Wax, and despite my nerves, I was relaxed and felt like I was in very good hands. The clinic is clean, everyone is incredibly friendly, and it smells divine! Booked my next appointment, and I’m sure I’ll become a regular!

I drove there personally 2 suburbs away, to make a second appointment and to ask i wanted to try another practitioner to compare the two and decide which one happiest with. Unfortunately asked the owner who does her eyebrows and she said herself, my reply was okay they are shew if meaning not aligned or balanced and i was looking a for balanced clear clean line. She told me they all do good eye brows, thats why i asked i can only decide after seeing ones work. I asked because i thought i could, being in a beauty salon, thats why we are there and tell her what i see. I made an appointment, to only be called shortly after, by the receptionist to tell me the owner like to cancel my appointment and i should go elsewhere. Okay i went there to make another appointment but wanted to show some picks on my phone of different eyebrow i have had for them to choose another practitioner to trial. I also booked some waxing, and she cancelled that too, not that i have had it there before, so how can i not be happy with them.? I clearly explained i was not, unhappy with the first one and ended up booking with her. The receptionist was very understanding and made me the appointment. Still cancelled, this, i strongly believe was personal to me as I am Spanish and on my first visit my practitioner said the owner is Spanish also, i replied no Mexican is not Spanish just speak some of the Spanish language. May be that offended her as i noted a little nose up and a change in vibe then. Very disappointed that one can not go to a beauty salon and ask for a different practitioner. Why can i not, i am paying for the service and should not feel uncomfortable discussing my service especially with the owner. Why are some women like that? we should celebrate each other and want the best for each other. Not sure what outside their realm means i just want shaped eyebrows and a medium tint not a very dark tint. Nothing else, EDDIT following day..... The owners response is just a cover up and absolutely a lie. By the way the owner was also there when I made the appointment but said nothing to me there as there was another client. Coward hiding behind her beautiful receptionist to call me leave a message and then sms and no replies to my queries as to what she on about? . No idea why she did not tell me while i was there. We could have talked about it a clarified what she was offended by. Maybe its the lack of a good understanding of the english language. I dont understand

Nick Warren What a treat! First time at Mayfair and I had a fantastic hydrafacial and microdermabrasion treatment with Abbey. She gave me the nicest face massage as she explained and applied different products to start conditioning my skin. It feels like I just had a big face drink. We also did a bit of LED to really get things going in the right direction. I left feeling so relax and genuinely rejuvenated. No redness or anything, just fresh as. Hot tip fellas, trim the facial hair really short to get the best value and effects. Would definitely recommend Mayfair!

Rakiza Hussein Edit response to owner: Yes this is the correct salon. I have been there twice. Overall an ok and efficient beauty salon. However, not impressed with the waxing, chunks of hair still left after the wax. I would suggest providing clients opportunity to check the waxed areas before taking payment. The hairs were visible in poor lighting! And waxing prices are by no means cheap.

There’s a automatic sense of calm as soon you walk in. I got pedicures with my 2 daughters and all our pedicures were done with full attention, care and patience. Luciella Scarlett Ive been before (had the hydrodermabrasion treatment last time) and have had a very positive experience overall, but when I looked into making another booking the other day, I noticed heavy promotion of Ah*va products, which turned me firmly away. Note: this companys main factory and core operations are based in an illegal settlement in the West Bank, and it is a long time BDS target. With the current violence in both Gaza and the West Bank being what it is, I would strongly recommend that Beauty Spa Temple rethink that relationship. Obviously I wont be back until that happens.

The brilliant advice I receive for my curly, dry peri-menopausal hair; the care, attention and level of effort they go to when I’m looking for something in particular. And today - they saved me! I had to have an urgent passport photo taken and they fixed my greys and weren’t going to charge. Five stars isn’t enough!

Susan Doyle DISASTER. Cut on my long, natural hair by experienced but new and very distracted staff member during week before xmas - butchered it. They couldn’t even successfully style it afterwards, and after trying every way since, I haven’t been able to either. Underneath ‘thining’ method left me with “rats tail” hair that looks awful and is unstylable. After a distressing month trying to adapt and still devastated, wrote to customer service - replied that it would be followed up by the store, nothing happened even after re-contacting - ticket closed! Meanwhile just get daily sales/marketing emails as a constant reminder.

Cleanliness and hygiene are super important to me, and I really appreciate the time and care she puts into making sure everything is up to standard. Shane Healey My daughter was excited to get her nails done for the holidays, and some friends recommended this place. Unfortunately, our experience didn’t meet expectations, and we likely won’t be returning. 1. The nail technician seemed a bit standoffish, which was disappointing. My daughter tried to start a conversation at the beginning of the appointment, but the technician wasn’t receptive. While I understand everyone can have an off day, it left a negative impression. 2. The quality of the nails was mixed. Most of them were done well, but her pinky nail was slightly crooked, something she didn’t notice until after the appointment. Additionally, her nails started lifting within the first week, and just shy of three weeks, one of them broke off entirely. I want to clarify that my daughter didn’t ask me to write this review—I’m simply sharing our experience to help other parents know what to expect. At $160, we were hoping for a more welcoming experience and better quality results.

Hòa Thank you to the team at Body Catalyst Williamstown as they have been absolutely amazing incredibly helpful and kind from day dot since I tried the Tesla reformer chair and the reformer paddles. The whole treatment program is really thorough and I enjoyed the treatment as we saw amazing results. In the space of a month, I am now able to walk faster, stronger, more balanced, sitting and standing longer, importantly the incontenence has improved so much that I am more confident in leaving the house and go for longer drives. Over the last 3 years I have been unable to the walk properly, unable to sit long without feeling numbness and pain, stand up long, because theres a lot of weakness due to my spinal injuries. The Tesla Chair has just been an absolute revelation, I had my doubts as I have tried alot of treatments before, but nothing as immediate and profound as this. You get to cover alot of variety of issues neurologically as well as muscle skeletal issues. I cant thank the girls enough for this wonderful technology, making it available for us to try. I think there is only 1 or 2 in Victoria from memory, but wow, you know, were so fortunate to have it and I highly recommend those that have been holding back or wanting to try it to come in and give it a go, because its definitely worth every minute every penny! Im just feeling so much more alive, so much more energy, so much more strength and stamina, and importantly feeling so positive in my full recovery with this wonderful machine. I havent felt like this for 2 and a 1/2 years, so its been incredible. Thank you very much, to the Body Catalyst Williamstown team, Jackie, Thikki and the rest of the girls its just been absolutely amazing experience.

H I’ve been coming here for a while now, I was seeing someone else for my tattoo removal process, when I saw that she had left and been replaced, I wasn’t sure how I felt about it, but even so, now I’m so happy I still come here. Kellie has been taking care of me and she is super lovely and such a great person to talk to. Receptionist is also quite welcoming. Will continue to come all the way here for other treatments even when there’s one round the corner from me. The drive is definitely worth it.

Mai Pagunsan I highly recommend the Williamstown Australian Laser & Skin Clinic. Kellie is amazing and very experienced. She makes a good effort to know you and gain an understanding of your personal skin needs. She doesnt use a generic method on all her clients. She takes into consideration your age, the medication your taking and even your stress levels. Your treatments will actually be catered to your skin and your bodys reaction to the environment. Thats rare to find. My skin has been looking better than ever. Thanks Kellie!

Sarah Frost I have been going to this clinic for over 2 years now. Kellie is amazing very friendly and through. She understands what your skin needs and explains everything to you. I also feel Kellie really cares and isnt just trying to sell you product and services. The other staff are always pleasant to deal with as well.
