J G It was my first time getting my nails done here and wow, I walked out with the most perfectly sculpted nails. Nat is so skilled at what she does and also a bit of a perfectionist (which I love because I know there won’t be any problems with my nails). Nat asked me some questions to figure out what sort of build would suit me and my lifestyle. I had been looking for a good nail tech for a while and have found Nat. So happy with my nails and also a plus that she’s so easy to talk to.

Emily Downey Went for my first pregnancy massage on week one of maternity leave. I’m 35 weeks pregnant. I was greeted with the lovely staff at endota spa Berwick into such a calm and relaxing environment. They went through everything before the massage. Div was my massage therapist. She was just fantastic! I was so comfortable and felt safe and the massage had me so so relaxed! Will be back before I give birth!

J G I went in for my first ever facial and Angela was my massage therapist. The whole experience was beautiful and so relaxing and I’ve already noticed a difference in my skin. She was absolutely lovely and went above and beyond to help me out with my skincare routine. Definitely will be going again. The waiting room also had great tea.

Stephanie Grasso Very friendly staff but poorly job on my nails, the woman who removed my current polish didn’t take it off properly, some of my nails are longer than the other, I requested stiletto nails I was given almond shape and even when I told the lady to make it more pointy she really didn’t know what she was doing. The colour I wanted was all wrong and the design itself was rushed and poor. I request pink French tip and the tips on some nails are in even The first picture is what I asked for the second is what they gave me.

Amanda New favourite nail salon. The staff here are lovely and actually care. They purposely will speak English to have customers engage with them which is a nice change. They’re very good at nails, I got a Shellac manicure and spa pedicure and it was lovely, my nails are shaped nicely and the colours are perfect. Good pricing too! Only gripe I have is no eftpos but there is an ATM just outside that they direct you too which is super handy. Parking readily available.

S I have been going to this place for soo many months doing Value Pack A, it has been a great place to go. Today the masseuse was soo inexperienced, or tired or whatever , the pressure was soo less felt it was for a 5 year old. I kept constantly saying need hard pressure , kept on saying yes but no difference. Started massage and finished 10 mins early. There was splint I felt to tell her to stop and wanted to leave , I will never ever come back to this place. Worst massage of lifetime. Never ever again to this place.

Gabriel Sadaka That was the worst massage I have ever had. I had to constantly ask her to use less pressure as she caused me a lot of pain digging her elbows deep into my back. I left that place with pain all over my body that I didnt have beforehand. My wife had hot stones and a facial even though she only asked for remedial and had her spine rubbed which is incredibly dangerous and unprofessional.

Ben Miller I had a massage session yesterday at this wonderful massage shop, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. For over ten years, I’ve struggled with chronic lower back pain and sciatic pain, and after just one session, I felt a noticeable difference. I had the pleasure of being treated by Elane, who is extremely professional and skilled. While she only works three days a week and requires booking through a phone call, it is absolutely worth the effort. Elane has a great understanding of the body and truly knows how to target the areas in need of relief. If youre looking for a professional, effective, and personalized massage experience, I highly recommend Elane. Her expertise really stands out, and its worth making an appointment in advance to experience her amazing work.

Indra Walia I saw with my own eyes the therapists are reusing the same towels from one client to the next and that’s also why the towels feel very oily. Not attending again.

Peter-R today 24/09/2024- i went for a massage and i t was the worse. i have been here more than 20 times and each time i had a very good massage - but today i went home with a head headache1 plus the girl was not welcoming or inviting in - she looks like she had enough - very unpleasent experience - will have to look for another place. sadly

Farah Bangera I called to make an appointment but was kept waiting for half an hour without any explanation. When I asked how long it would be, the girl responded rudely. She was again rude to me a couple of times during the procedure when I asked simple questions. The job itself was well done, they are quite professional, but customer service and poor attitude ruined what could have been a relaxing experience for me. That’s the last time I’m going there.

Maria Pickering I rang and booked an appointment, I advised I already had shellac on my toes which needed soaking and I wanted a pedicure with normal polish. I asked how long that will take and they said 30 minutes so I booked it for my lunch break. I walked in and it was busy - had 2 girls already in chairs and only one lady working on them. I asked how long because I had limited time, they said longer than 40 minutes (I had allowed extra time) so I left. During this whilst I was sitting in the chair a walk in came and they started tending to her whilst nothing had happened to me for 10 minutes but pick a polish. Not very good customer service - when you’ve said a time on the phone and then are taking walk ins and delaying everything.

Kaitlyn Bennett Will never return back here again. Quality of work does not at all match their price point. After multiple times expressing to the lady how poorly I felt the nails were being done during the service, side of nails being over filed to the bare skin, parts of nails missing SNS, as well as poorly shaped, I am so disappointed that they believed the workmanship was worth its price. The nail technician was quick to act as though she wasn’t understanding what I was saying when I was expressing the lack of quality in the nails. Nails have now become infected from the over filing, and I worry when removed how much nail will be missing.

Bernadette Dawson Popped in today, desperate to have my acrylic nails shortened and refilled. I had read the reviews but was 4 weeks overdue and anything would have been better than what I was rocking! I am SO pleased with my nails! I was asked several times if I was happy - about the length, the shape, the colour. I will be returning!

Tara Perera I recently visited this salon for a pedicure and unfortunately developed a toe infection afterward. During the service, they dug too deep while cleaning my nails and caused an injury, which later became infected. I’m deeply concerned about the hygiene practices at the establishment, as I noticed that the same instruments were used on multiple clients without proper sterilization. This is not only unhygienic but also a serious health risk.
