None on my cuticles have been cut back, my nails aren’t cut straight, I never got cream on them or a hand massage.
My hands are left worse than when they went in.

Melbourniangal No cuticle removal, no cleaning of nails. You can see they havent removed some sock fluff and didnt even painted the nails properly! So this is a $35 paint job... I know youre busy with Christmas, but this is really really bad when you charge full price for a rush job.. big shame - this is my usual place too.
In response to the owners comment - appointments rarely mean anything in your salon. Ive booked previously and waited over 25 minutes for my appointment.
I did not ask for priority, I simply asked how long a wait there was, as I had an appointment at the doctors 50 minutes later. You said you could do it straight away. Its best you be honest in your replies and try not to paint your customers as being pushy, when you set the expectation for availability.
Nail salons do this all the time, lure customers in under false immediate availabilityand then make you sit there for 20+ minutes before anyone even comes over to start.
I saw a woman come in, with a child, on time for her appointment and sit in a chair in a corner, waiting to be seen for like 20 minutes while I was in there...appointment - lets be real now.
50 minutes of time for a pedicure with no shellac should have been long enough - only because you told me it was. I wish youd have told me it included a poor paint job and no cuticle removal too - I wouldnt have bothered sitting down that day. Or maybe say youre fully booked and let the customers spend their hard earned money elsewhere. It is disappointing.

Joseph Mercieca I got my partner $35 voucher for a pedicure just before Christmas. She went today to have it done and they asked for $ 5 more as pedicures went up to since then .They should have honoured the voucher .Its petty and they lost a client as she wont be going back again .Be carefull as its a rip off .

Joy Ondiek I was not impressed by their service especially to a person with disability. They should improve on being more gentle and not just rush through the process. Eg ask gently before snatching the UV lamp away roughly .
