Mohammed Hossen The Hanoi Pho offers a warm and cozy ambiance with nice decor, and serves halal food. The traditional Vietnamese beef and shredded chiken pho was delicious,
rich with full of flavours. And the fried rich with chicken was different then traditional fried rice but taste was delicious yummy, must say one of the best. The service was friendly but take almost 25 minutes to get the food. Despite this, the food and atmosphere made for an enjoyable experience. Highly recommend and will visit again.

Carmen Zirafi We recently visited Hanoi Pho Richmond on Victoria Street. The experience was a bit mixed overall.
My husband ordered the beef brisket pho, but unfortunately, the brisket was extremely fatty — he had to remove most of it, and the broth itself lacked the rich, deep flavour you’d expect from a good pho. It was quite underwhelming.
On the bright side, the beef spring rolls were delicious — soft and with a nicely seasoned filling. I also ordered the beef salad, which I really enjoyed. The beef was tasty, and the noodles and veggies were fresh and well-balanced.
The restaurant offers halal meat, which is great for those looking for halal Vietnamese options in Melbourne.
Service was fine and the venue was clean, but based on our experience, we’d probably come back only for the salad or spring rolls — not the pho.

Luke Good promotion to advertise $10 grilled or fried chicken served with rice and veggies.
But probably you should warn the customer that it’s going to be very spicy, as our mouths were burning trying to finish the plate, a fair bit of chilli all over the chicken.

Nita Came here at 3 pm on a Thursday. The lady server was friendly and attentive. Ordered their special beef pho and 6 spring rolls. They only have 1 size and it was huge for $20. Not the cheapest bowl in the strip but I get it. When it came to the table, the smell was so amazing, I immediately salivated. The beef pieces were tender and so delicious. The broth was out of this world, very beefy and savoury. The herbs and spring onion were already in the soup.
They have a self-serve condiment station like freshly cut chillis, lemon wedges, chilli oil, hot water, and tap water. On each table, there is also your typical chilli sauce and a bowl of amazing pickle garlic (not that you need any of it).
Lastly, the 6 prawn and chicken spring rolls came, piping hot and delicious. The sauce that accompanied them was the one and only mayonnaise (my first time seeing this anywhere), still delicious.
They also have some vegan options which is good
