Stephanie Mobbs I had the pleasure of visiting this wonderful local business today, and I couldnt be happier with my experience. Anj, the beauty therapist, is incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. She used such lovely products that left my skin feeling plump and rejuvenated. The atmosphere was calming, and Anjs expertise really shone through in every step of the treatment. I highly recommend this gem of a place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Corina Radu I am impressed with Emma’s “Cameo Beauty” salon. I have been a couple of times, to date, and have had beautiful manicures complete with a gorgeous nude BIAB. She takes extreme care to protect the nail bed while sanding, to ensure that the nails remain strong. The products she uses are of top quality and last over 3 weeks. Will I go back? Yes, you bet, I will.

Donna Murphy I have been coming to Mary for a couple of years now and love her! For anyone looking for tanning, I highly recommend Mary. She tailors your colour to suit your own requirements and colouring and it comes out perfectly every single time. In addition, I have had Body Scrubs, Bacial (like a facial but for your back), Hydrafacial Microdermabrasion with Oxygen Facial, and other treatments. And of course the spray tans! I came across Mary as she had been highly recommended on some of the brides pages for wedding tanning. I do not regret it. Highly recommended to anyone who wants a no fuss, economical and friendly treatment.

Colleen Davies I absolutely love my new lashes. This was my first time and being a mature aged beginner I wanted a natural look. I went with the Classic Mini and couldn’t be happier. It’s the first time I haven’t worn mascara and liner in years. I could just jump out of bed and feel ready when I go to my early morning Yoga classes. Sophie was lovely and the whole process was so easy.

michelle I have been having my lashes done with Lash Envy for as long as I can remember. Attending the salon is like home - it is clean, welcoming and even has a blanket if you feel a bit chilly. Sophie always makes me feel welcome and we love a good chat! That aside Sophie has managed to navigate my very short lashes with a natural set which looks amazing. Sophie also does my brows which look like something from a magazine. I always leave feeling amazing - thanks Sophie!

Tetley Queen I came in for a Pedicure on a Monday afternoon. It was very busy but I was shown to a chair and asked to put my feet in to the foot spa. Two other “walk ins” were after me. I sat with my feet in water for an hour. The water went cold. Eventually I was attended to (after people that came in after me) An electric file was used on my toes - I have no nail varnish on my toes but they were filed on top, taking the top layer of nail off. Then, a blade was used on my feet and a cut was made. No sorry - as most of the ladies don’t speak English . Something was put on the cut which literally made me go through the roof it was so painful! A plaster was then applied. The whole time the girls were discussing what had happened and laughing! Have they never heard of Google Translate? At one point one said they should charge more because two of them were working on my foot as an assistant! Tools are not sterilised after use. They are put in to your foot water and dried and put in the tools tray ready for the next person. I watched my tools go on to be used on someone else. I have never left anywhere with my feet in such a painful state. I will NEVER support this local establishment again!

Simone Clencie As a local, I’ve been frequently going to Kylies for sometime. I don’t like to leave negative reviews, however the last several times it’s been extremely poor service. Odd shape nails, gel colour which doesn’t cover the entire nail. Quality depends on who does your nails. As one of the most expensive nail salons in Mt Eliza. I would not recommend.

The people working there were so kind and funny and would not let their customers sit there in awkward silence but would engage with them and talk to them about their day. Judith F I experienced really bad customer care from Astridah. My appointment was at 3pm. She made me wait 25 minutes in the waiting room and then finally started on my brows. I was advised the appointment would take 1 hour and a half and so I scheduled this appointment to coincide with picking up my children from kindy. She didn’t really listen to what I wanted. She asked questions but never really took on what I wanted. While doing my brows, she kept plucking at my brows, pulling hair out. I never told her to do that. I kept asking her to add detail that I wanted. It just was a very uncomfortable feeling and I never get this feeling from beauty techs. All the ladies I’ve ever seen have always been accommodating and care about their customers. She said she was rushing me so I could get to my kids but she didn’t have to rush if she saw me at the time I scheduled. I got home and felt unhappy with my results. I asked her if she could fix the end of my brows and she refused. Sad, as I was really excited to see her. I will never go back here again.

Alexandra Bailey I had been an eye lash client of this salon for a while. Rebecca is amazing however busy so I booked an appointment with another technician who left her phone next to my head the entire appointment and it vibrated on and off for the hour, several times every few minutes. I complained and they said they’d address this. I then had my lashes refilled after the Covid lockdown, in which they seem to not be adhering to the squared metre rule by have 3 lash tech’s 3 clients and 2 people in the waiting chairs in their tiny salon. I asked for the longest length and D curl and wasn’t given that. I then complained the next day and was told I should have been asked if I was happy with them- which I wasn’t. I paid $130 for a volume refill. She started at 12:15 and finished them at 12:50 and was a 4 week refill and I was completely unsatisfied and was offered a $30 refund which I stated is unacceptable, they offered to remove them for me but I have lost confidence in the professionalism, quality and treatment from some of the workers And am completely uncomfortable returning. Completely unprofessional and I would never recommend this salon, which is a shame because Rebecca did a great job with my initial set but the refills done by other staff was a horrible experience and I would never recommend anyone wasting their time. Not even worth the 1 star.

Sophia Elliott Bayside magic lashes is the best eyelash extension business I have ever gone to. They really perfect what you would like and produce amazing quality lashes. The whole atmosphere of the business is so comfortable and professional. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Ell I went here December of last year, Faye who did my lash extensions completely ruined my natural lashes and they have never been the same since. To much glue was applied and on baby lashes the whole thing was a mess and my lashes still haven’t fully recovered from the damage from the lash extensions being applied poorly. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going here please if you care for your lashes do no go here!!

Nguyet Do not recommend their lash course, we weren’t trained by Astrid. We were trained for two days and was initially told there would be 6 months of support after the course. We paid a lot of money and after the course we never heard from her and didn’t get any certificates
