Nikita Muller Just recently had my nails done by Suzu, who did such an incredible job - they’re honestly the best nails I’ve ever had done. I love them! She was really gentle which is important to me as my nails had been damaged from other salons. Will 100% go back!

Nour Mol I’ve had a couple of facials in the Prahran/South Yarra but this is my favourite! They tailor the facial around your skin concerns, whilst also giving great recommendations. I saw Kasey, and she was so kind/answered all my questions. Loved it and my skin looks great, so thank you Kasey :)

Ketaki Takale I went in for an eyebrow shaping, and unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected. The technician made one eyebrow thinner than the other, and when I pointed it out, she insisted it was uneven by nature. She made a few adjustments, but there was still no significant improvement. Frustrated, I stopped explaining and just asked her to finish. To my surprise, she said it was done without properly removing the stray hairs. When I kindly asked her to tidy up the excess, she responded rudely with a curt “Sure.” Overall, I was very disappointed with the service and the lack of professionalism. I won’t be returning.

Shraya A Came in for eyebrows and tint. Love the shape!! Manpreet is my fav lady in Melbourne. Knows what I like and service is always the best. I’m a regular xx

Her skills are exceptional, and every set of lashes Ive had done lasts beautifully. She takes the time to communicate and understand my preferences, ensuring I get a style that suits me perfectly. Roisin Moyles It was a lovely experience, my skin feels & looks great after my microdermabrasion & Susan was so lovely & friendly. Made me feel so comfortable & relaxed. Would highly recommend.

Morgan Claudia is the best!! She made me feel so relaxed, and did an amazing job with both my Botox and my lips. It looks so natural, I couldn’t be happier and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Kate Bradley Queenie in particular has such incredible attention to detail. Possibly the best mani / Pedi I have ever received. All of the staff are lovely, salon is spotless clean and stunning very relaxing environment, even on weekends.

Laura Gibson Amazing experience today! Super pleased to finally find a salon in Melbourne that uses an autoclave for stainless steel equipment and single use files/foot pumice stones etc! Super clear. The lovely girl was telling me that since “professionail” is also located in NSW they have very strict cleaning protocols! Such a relief knowing that a business takes this much care for its clients. Will definitely be back regularly, staff are so friendly

A M Such a nice nail shop! Clean and they did a great job. The owners were really nice as well. I got a shellac manicure - they have so many color and design options. Can’t wait for my next nails. They have a punch card so if you go 5x you get the next one 50% off. Would highly recommend!
