Kacey Tran The best dentist on earth! His dental technique is AAMAAZINNG... I got crowns for 16 of my front teeth done with Dr Richard Luu. Nearly a year after, my two front teeth accidently broke off a small piece after biting hard food. Dr Luu replaced new ones for me with tons of cares, especially matching the colors with the other crowns. I would say this is the best dental care I have ever experienced! Professional, courteous, and friendly staff made me feel like family… would highly recommend to anyone.

Linda Hong I went to Springvale Dental Smiles on 30th September 2022 to get my braces by David Quang Nguyen from a recommendation off my nephew Ryan, who also got braces three years earlier. Today it’s been 545 days later 27th March 2024 and finally my braces are coming off. I was pleased with David’s help during this 1 year, 5 months and twenty eight days. He was an honest, supportive, understanding, respectable professional dentist who stuck to his word and could be trusted to do right by me during whole time. A huge thank you to Sammie as she was the dental nurse helping out today. They removed my brackets, wires, cleaned my teeth, acid washed my teeth, added a permanent retainer on the top and bottom of my teeth to help my teeth stay in position, did an Xray to create my retainer as well. My teeth feel extremely clean and shiny as well. During my time spent at Springvale Dental Smiles. I would like to thank all the dentists, receptionists / dental nurses and people who were doing an apprenticeships as well. Lily, Sammie, Anh, Juree, Ra, Mia, and Jewel. Leng 8888 Other doctors are good to recommend! However, Dr. Juree Im is not a good choice. She is rude and doesn’t listen to her clients’ preferences. Even when we came in well-informed a week in advance, she didn’t make any adjustments to fit our needs. We needed to fit a black hole and a big hole before the teeth gate, but she still hasn’t fixed the black point on my teeth. I’ve asked her repeatedly to fix it, but she keeps ignoring me. As a result, I still have a big hole on my teeth. So, what’s the point of coming here? She said that my teeth are big for her to design or fit ( it means don’t know how to design) , I was informed I happy to pay please no worries to pay! Just to do good job what we want !. So, we have to go there Dr to do again.

Jack Lu Recently moved to the area and found this dentist recommended by Medibank. I made an appointment on Monday and was able to get an appointment relatively quickly on Thursday. Richard was my dentist and he did a great job. Very thorough and very personable. Will be back.

Lakshmi Venkat Dr Norman Giang is an exceptionally excellent dentist who is great at his job, very knowledgeable and does his job very efficiently. I had a tooth extraction with him recently the process for which was explained very well to me by Norman and the procedure was performed effectively. He put me at ease with his gentle instructions and kind talks with me during the whole procedure and the nurse lady was also very gentle and friendly and supportive. I am very impressed with Dr Norman s way of working and his maturity at such a young age, would definitely recommend coming to him for your dental needs, I can assure you he will take good care of you. Also, kudos to the other staff and reception ladies, they are wonderfully kind and listen to you and respond to your needs very cheerfully and are patient and respectful towards one and all. Jerry the Jester -5 stars. Went here due to the cheaper price. Big mistake. Dodgy dentist, dodgy utensils, dodgy cleaning practices. I had an extraction but they left a big chunk of my tooth in the gum that gave me hell before I went to another dentist to have it taken out. Everything dodgy!

Biro Krat Unused to come to this dental service for years because it was really cheap and affordable with no gap payment when was one female dentist working there . To some extent I was satisfied with the repair and fillings howvever when I had one very small mark on front tooth she made huge gap/hole in my tooth and completely transformed my front teeth with cement and also cemented made compact all my 4 front teeth without doing anybaestheruc necessary works non then they were thick no bite properly etc. also she was doing one root canal in one of my back teeth and instead of doing 3 treatments 5 which root canal required ) she down only 2 treatments which I discovered only recently. I wasn’t happy with aesthetics in my front teeth but completely I wasn’t aware of root canal mishap which was recently discovered on x-eat . No worries I have to from out total $1500 out of pocket just to finish this root canal and she doesn’t work at Dr Nathan’s anymore apparently . I never went to that dental office again anyhow . Unbelievable to make my mouth to look like notebooks less rubbish and now my back tooth is hurting again because wasn’t done properly .

He explains what he is doing, he doesnt use needles unnecessarily and is meticulous. On top of that he is at least half the price of Western Dentists. Keep up the great work.

Trace Krautzman My family have been seeing Dr. Lu for quite a few years now and hes excellent. He is extremely gentle, quick and thorough. Hes saved a teeth with fillings when other dentists have said they must do a root canal. After a bad experience with another dentist, Dr. Lu is extremely gentle and caring, even numbing the gum prior to the anaesthetic injection.
