Rasha Zagato I have been coming to this amazing place for over 8 months now. I am very picky with who touches face. I came in first time to try it out and Ive been returning for regular treatments purely because of the products themselves and how they actually work. I see Lexa and only Lexa as I find her to be very professional and honest. Very attentive and is so passionate about what she does. The amazing service I receive every few weeks has made me refer my own clients to this amazing place. Lexa goes above and beyond to ensure the best service is delivered. My experience with Rita was nothing short of total perfection, professional and feeling totally pampered und luxuriated. Rita was also very knowledgeable and I felt in the best care.
I left there floating on air and feeling like a million bucks. Not only that, my skin looked and felt just amazing!
I would have no hesitation in returning here for another wonderful treatment of any kind.

Giulia Scalise I had my first experience at the Blackburn Salon . I experienced a wonderful facial. My therapist was so good. She took me through the entire treatment step by step and kept checking in with me as I have sensitive skin and was concerned I would react to the products. Three days later my skin in still moist and silky smooth. I will definitely be going back for more treatments.

Peta Thomas I booked myself and my daughter for a birthday treat today. It was agreed on the phone that we would decide the best facials to get each of us once we arrived.
Upon arriving we sat in reception and Lexa helped advise on the different facial options via the pamphlet.
My daughter selected one and I selected another. My daughter was taken in to the room and I waited a further ten minutes before going into my room. I asked Lexa how long each facial was and she told me 1 hour each which I was happy to pay.
$185 for mine and $177 for my daughters facial.
My facial lasted 45 minutes maximum..I asked about why I did not receive an hour facial and was told that it included a 15 minute consultation and it went longer as she talks too much!!! This is an unacceptable response. There was no consultation
(a consultation would involve doing a skin analysis and advising)
There was a focus on upselling their Aspect products which was heavy marketing.
My daughter agreed to buy their $200 eye cream before I stopped her.
I am very unhappy with the service given for the amount of money I spent.
I also asked about the $50 off or the 20% off that is advertised on their website for a first visit and was told that does not apply until your next visit apparently even though it does not say this (see attached image)
A very, very disappointing experience. They are lucky to have received two stars.

Michelle Mitchell After three sessions, I have mixed feelings about my experience. My sessions with Michelle were outstanding—she was attentive, polite, and respectful, making me feel genuinely cared for. Unfortunately, my experience with another therapist was deeply disappointing. During one session, she shone a blue LED light directly into my eyes while asking me to look at myself, causing significant discomfort and irritation. Additionally, I would have appreciated the use of protective goggles during the red light portion of the treatment, as it was difficult to keep my eyes shut throughout, and the bright light caused further strain and discomfort, making the session far from relaxing.
On another occasion, her behavior was aggressive and belittling, which added to my discomfort. Her overall approach felt rushed, dismissive of my concerns, and overly pushy with product upselling. Instead of the relaxation I was hoping for, the experience left me feeling stressed and unsettled. While I deeply value the positive interactions I had with Michelle, this pattern of unprofessional behavior has unfortunately overshadowed them, and I regret to say I won’t be returning.
