Alana McNab I have been a client of Toris for over 5 years, and every time I visit my lashes look perfect. The lashes she uses look realistic and she fans each one out by hand, which makes them look even more natural on the eye. I have very sensitive eyes and the glue she uses doesnt affect me at all which is amazing (no redness). Also, her lashes last for such a long time with proper aftercare and I am always so impressed by this. She is so professional, incredibly skilled with her technique and her lash space is a relaxing environment. I always get so many compliments on my lashes, and its all thanks to Tori. I will never see anyone else but her!

Sam M Had a herniated disc and my back seized up 5 days ago. Hard to get up and walk around for a few days. Wanted a deep tissue massage to help relieve the tightened muscles around my lower back. Was very aware and careful to make sure i was comfortable at all times. Got a full body massage and concentrated on relieving my lower back muscles. Gave great advice and massage was great! Cerene Garcia Jill and the team recently came to my friends birthday which I organised, they provided the most amazing massages and facials for the whole party it was a hit. Three women were pregnant and Jill ensured to have the appropriate pillow so that we could still enjoy the massages. Jill was amazing to deal with so helpful throughout the whole booking process. I even mentioned to her that the party was pink themed and all 3 of them arrived with pink clothing to match. I highly recommend Jill and her team for all of their services and I can’t wait to book them in again.

Richelle Carroll I visited Hayley for the first time this week after a recommendation from a friend whos brows and lashes I had been admiring. I had a brow tint and wax as well as a lash lift and tint. I had been nervous about getting my brows done (first timer) however I was thrilled with the results of both brows and lashes. Hayley is lovely, and is very gentle. She gave lovely head and hand massages whilst the tinting was taking place. A very calm and relaxing experience overall. Highly recommended

Hayley did an amazing job with my facial she took the time to explain to me my skin issues and what facial products she would be using to treat the issues - so relaxing!! Wish it didn’t end, my skin felt amazing afterwards I also had my eyebrows done and honestly best job!! I’ve been to places when it felt rushed and the therapist didn’t really care that much but Haley took the time to shape and define my brows and they have never looked better! Looking forward to my next treatment!! Can’t recommend Haley enough gorgeous inside and out :)

Krystal Hangs I recently got my eyebrows tattooed and they are AMAZING! Honestly 12/10! I have (or had) really fair eyebrows (even though I have dark brown hair) and they were really gappy too which was annoying. I always needed to fill them in on the daily and I couldn’t be bothered doing that anymore so I went to see Milly! Milly is an angel and so so talented at what she does. I got to my appointment straight after work and she did a pre-draw so I could see the shape of the eyebrows before the actual tattoo! Millie was so so so patient with me and let me look at different mirrors to see how my eyebrows look and how they look in different lighting etc. I didn’t feel rushed at all and she was so happy to change or tweak anything I wanted! I honestly can’t thank Milly enough and I highly recommend Milly to anyone who wants their eyebrows tattooed! Also felt super comfortable and had such a good chat and laugh too! Side note: also got my eyelashes lifted by Milly so imma book that appointment again soon cos she also does an amazing job at that (and my lashes are so much longer now too)! But yeah, my eyebrows look amazing! Exactly what I wanted, exactly the colour I wanted, exactly the shape and size I wanted too and they look so similar to how I filled them in previously (which was so important to me). Carly Kimpton Chelsea is one of the best lash techs I’ve been to for a long time. Not only do her lashes last, feel comfortable and look great but she’s also easy to talk to, listens to good music, has a comfortable bed and her glue and tape doesn’t irritate me like past places I’ve been to have. She’s honest and up front about how your lashes are going and won’t do anything that will be detrimental to lash health. I look forward to also seeing her for tattoo removal!

Andy P Renae was professional, explained the process and possible side effects thoroughly. I felt like I was in very experienced hands undergoing lip filler treatment for the first time. The result was subtle and with very little swelling or bruising (I wanted a subtle result first time and tend to bruise very easily) and I highly recommend Elume Injectables with Renae.

Its a family environment and am always made to feel comfortable. This place is the only salon in melbourne that i have been too where i havnt had a reaction to their wax and spray tan because of my sensitive skin and eczema. Lovely work beautiful ladies.

Angela Latona I have been coming here for a couple of years now. Always on and off as it always depends on funds. But every single time I have been, I leave very happy with the services provided. Ive had pedicures, manicures, sns, sns removal and shellac. The ladies are so precise with the work that they do. Theyre easy to talk with and its a fun atmosphere.

Tv Tv Don’t go here!! Was the worst experience of Having my lashes done over the last 12 months. She was very angry and the job done was so bad that I had to go and have them refilled elsewhere. I fell asleep while having them done and woke up to her bashing and crashing things around my head. She was leaning on my forehead whilst doing the lashes. I should have taken a photo to show everyone how bad they were and she still charged me full price.

Steph Taylor They were so lovely. I had an appointment, but I didnt see a single walk-in turned away! They listened to what I wanted and took their time to get it right for me. The staff were friendly and didnt spend the whole time talking to each other in another language which can feel really awkward for customers. I got SNS on my natural nails with one glitter and the rest plain - loved the result and it lasted 4 weeks before they started to lift (I was away camping so couldnt get them redone til later). I cant wait to go back for more!

Jay Catty Update* I asked for a peddy and sns with tips on in preparation for my wedding. The girl was just refusing to listen after me painstakingly explaining multiple times in terms of the length, thickness and shape. I even brought in press of nails to show exactly what I was wanting. I expressed concerns during the session multiple times which the girl eventually got the manager. The manager improved the shape but the thickness and length make the nails look like eagle talons. The manager apologised for the misunderstanding but were beyond a misunderstanding as I explained so many times during the service that I was not happy. For the feet, I had to ask them to cut the toe nails and she only did one because she had already filed the other side. I will need to literally soak theses off before the wedding and Im just going to use the stick ons. Its actually disgusting that I paid so much for this. Youve put up your prices as well, fine no worries but make you have have the quality service to back you. Ive literally spent $1000s with them and a week before my wedding I received the worlds worst sns service. No, I wont be back.

Arpita Ive been going to this nail salon for the past three months, and Ive consistently been impressed by the service and quality of their work. However, this time, I chose a different glitter color for my ring finger and wasnt entirely satisfied with the outcome. I contacted them the next day, and despite their busy Christmas schedule, they managed to accommodate me and changed the color without any additional charge. I highly recommend their services. They tend to be quite busy, so I suggest booking in advance if possible.

I have been coming here for over a year now and trust me when I say I tried every salon in the area beforehand that would often leave me disappointed. I come to glamor nailz every 4 weeks and they never disappoint. The owner and the staff are so friendly, remembering everyone’s names and taking the time to build rapport. The salon is clean and they have a huge variety of sns colours! I love my nails every single time, they all do a great job at the shape which is important to me! Definitely try for yourself! Charlene I wouldnt recommend this salon. They ruined my hair color. I went in with blond hair and came out with dull, light brown hair. They told me it would wash out. They tried once and it didnt. I have tried several washes and still have this awful, dull, light brown color. They didnt even give me a refund. Very unhappy customer.
