W Z I can’t recommend Pink highly enough — she is by far the best hairdresser I’ve ever been to. As a guy with short, thick, and stubborn hair, it’s always been hard to find someone who really understands how to shape it well. But Pink absolutely nailed it. She took the time to assess my hair type and face shape, and gave me a cut that not only looks sharp and stylish, but is also super easy to maintain. The level of attention to detail and care she puts into her work is genuinely impressive. To top it off, the price is very affordable for the quality of service you get. If you’re looking for someone skilled, friendly, and thoughtful about their craft, Pink is the one. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Lemon Boy My boy had hair cut in the shop and the young guy with fancy yellow hair did a great job. Just let you know that my boy was crying is because he does not like having the gel before swimming and I forgot about it. Sorry, if this embarrassed you. Dana Ezzat Horrible service and salon! Avoid at all cost! I saw Olga once before when this shop was Ross Caia and she was okay. I saw her again on Saturday and she seemed so agitated. Olga burnt my hair while tending to 2-3 other clients and leaving me in foils for approximately 1.5 hours. She yelled at me, huffed and puffed when I told her it looked white/grey after the foils and that I wanted it darker like the pictures that I clearly showed her, she abused me for a good 2-3 hours on Saturday. I had to request for her to get away physically from me. At the end her excuse was that "She is going through menopause". After foils and toner, my hair had yellowy/white strands that looked like melted straw. They fell out as soon as I touched them, so much of it fell out, probably two hands full. I asked Olga what that was she yelled at me and told me its normal and that its fault, I should not have touched my hair, it should be brushed. I later discovered after leaving the shop and googling that this is what happens when the hair burns and falls off after being left in bleach for too long. I will be ecalating to ACC and VCAT. They overcharged me as well at the end for trying to fix the bleach, but because they cannot speak proper english, they blamed it on the accent and that I misunderstood and thats their pricing. I was charged $383 even though I was told $250 while booking. My hair is grey now when I asked for subtle blonde low lights. My scalp is red and my hair has been falling. I went to the doctor due to burn and he was shocked. I hope they get shut down immediately, please re-consider before ever visiting this shop. We asked to contact the manager several times and we have not even been provided with a name or been put through to the manager. And yesterday, my husband got a very aggressive text denying every single thing and saying that its basically my fault. I will make the ACCC access your cameras and take you under! :) Olga is horrible and management is horrible! Avoid at all cost.

Lorraine was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the products. We purchased 2 gift sets of the Lucky 8 hand cream collection. Lorraine beautifully gift wrapped them and offered us some samples to try. Thank you, definitely will be back.

Tracy H I got my nails done here and the staff were kind and friendly. It’s a hidden beauty place just behind the bubble tea store. The place looked like a fairy tale AMAZING❤️❤️❤️Love my nails. Amazing work! Will be back regularly.
