Vixey Teh The ladies were friendly to me. I requested a French shellac. She showed me the little chart to choose the shape. When I requested almond shape she explained my natural nails were too short for almond and gave me the option of false tips or round shape. I chose round. She applied natural pink on my pinky finger and checked if that was the colour I wanted or if I wanted the natural nude colour before doing the rest. The pink was more pretty so I chose that. She also checked if the white tips were thick or thin enough. I am very happy with the result. They are a nice shape and the application is very smooth. Overall was only $35. Exactly what I wanted neat clean french tipped nails.

I first got my nails done here when they were quite a bit shorter, and I wanted to try acrylics. Ive been able to grow my nails out and I always get so many compliments for how good they look. Ive recommended this nail salon to many of my friends, family, and colleagues, and recently brought my sister there to get our nails done together. I always love their work and Ive put in a photo that also shows a 4 week old manicure (the glitter ombre) before I got my latest set with my sister this weekend. They last so well! I love getting both designs and simple pink nails from Galaxy Star Nails & Beauty. Theyre always so gorgeous - Im constantly looking at my hands. Side note - the staff are such a sweet family and their nails look stunning. Could not recommend this salon more!

Dan Z Trust me and find yourself a better hairstylist. This is one of the worst salons Ive recently been to. The ladies are interested in styling hairs of each others over the customers. Had to wait for over 15 mins and then the way I got a haircut was beyond repairable. The lady was just straight up intimidating and rude. I would have tolerated the attitude if there was at least some quality offered in the haircut. But nothing, not sure how are they still in the business

It was a beautiful job done and I would recommend anyone to go their and try her services. Recently I had a function and I had her make up artist do my hair and that was beautiful. She is a very friendly and has a very warm personality. . I would be going back soon again and also had my face waxing done here.

Kieron Phoenix was the best, she was lovely and kind and extremely hospitable. Got a double eyebrow and I didnt even shed a tear it was that smooth. Definitely recommend for accurate and professional piercings.

Josh Ellis Got a buzz cut and bleach by Steph at Hairhouse Dandenong. She was very friendly and professional. Not only did she do a fantastic job, she also recommended some treatments to help keep the colour in and gave me some helpful tips and tricks. Definitely recommend coming here!

Hannah Varnham I was a wreck from going to another hairdresser to try and bleach my (salon) dyed hair to go back to a more natural color block style, and unfortunately things didnt go as planned and I was left with uneven orange/green/grey peak a boo style hair. Absolutely no hate to the hairdresser, but I couldnt live like that for long. My absolute heroes were Jasmine and Ruby, who very very VERY graciously squeezed me in today even if it was such a busy rush for them. They were sprinting around the store and it was admirable seeing them work together and still keep their positive vibes up. Jasmine literally saved my hair color and got me to a beautiful red that I can live out while my hair recovers, plus explained everything along the way and made sure I understood. Ruby was so patient with customers who came in which is honestly really tough to do when everything is happening at once, 100% good job on that. It was hilarious to match their energies while getting my hair done and even if Im sticking to red while my hair heals, I will be excited to come again soon. Love you ladies to the moon and back ❤️

Karen Louise I was extremely disappointed with my recent haircut experience. Unfortunately, the stylist admitted to being distracted during the cut, which resulted in a unprofessional cut. In an attempt to salvage the look she styled it in an unconventional way that didnt quite work. I would caution others to exercise careful consideration before visiting this place. Never again.

Neece Cool I had requested a standard haircut and have been paying 15 dollars for the past yr. Recently had the Indian lady with the glasses. The haircut performed was abysmal. No shaping, no fine adjustments. Just took the machine like a lawnmower, then told me all done. If you dont like your job, then quit. But dont ruin other peoples hair. Otherwise, take your job seriously. Afterwards, tells me it is 20 dollars, because the manager recently said so? Just making things up. Put a sign or list it on your website. If you want to get a haircut, my recommendation is to look elsewhere.

Sofie Madi Kamal is THE BEST … I honestly wish she would come back to Casey as her clients really missed her. I find it a bit of a stretch to drive to Dandenong but I would always want her to do my eyebrows. Sadly my experience in Casey has been nothing but a nightmare having to walk around with completely butchered eyebrows.

Ive been coming here for a year, and Camille always nails the clean-up while keeping my shape just right. The other lady is great too! I definitely prefer this location over the Chadstone branch. ULlynda De Chiera Liked the outcome of the surface of my sns nails but should have realised how bad they were from my skin bleeding during the session. The lady was very rough. Dirty salon, cant tell that equipment is sanitised. Staff are loud and rude. Nails started breaking 5 days after service. Went back to get them fixed and then they broke again, went to another salon and they said they didnt do them properly. Wont be going back.

Farzana Haidari The lady who served me with the tattooed eyebrows you are very rude and you do not care about your customer at all. For a business like this customer satisfaction should be number one. I got my nails done and the service was sooo poor, she kept rushing me and kept getting frustrated every time I pointed out her mistakes. She would sign and say “her” customer is waiting. My nails look so ugly never coming here again. Anyone else reading this don’t bother- go to professionals who actually care don’t waste your money here. We pay them for their service they act like they doing it for free. Very unprofessional.

This is my regular nail salon usually i get my nails done by LIlly or anna they have always done a great job. however, Jen today decided to drill my nail beds not only that she charged me full price when my nails look like they have been chopped off by a toddler..amazing work jen keep it up.

Maria Kerberus It was not perfect, but Im still satisfied with my French manicure and standard shellac pedicure. I asked for some 3D nail art when my hands were almost halfway finished, but my nail tech said they dont do that here, so that was disappointing. I certainly didnt hate the end result, though. It still turned out good.

Kundai Mudziviri I do not recommend! Worst nail experience of my life and I’m a fairly reasonable person. They charge an extra $10 for nails only 1mm over literal natural nail length. The staff failed to control an abrupt customer that was over stepping by trying to get involved in a situation she was not involved in. As soon as I started question a few things the staff members switched from being very lovely to extremely rude and passive aggressive. I had chosen a colour they said they have and after applying the tips they said they did not have the colour, I asked to not proceed with the service as there was no other colour similar to the one I had chosen and they still proceeded to charge me $15!

Indi Zero customer service. Went for a pedicure. The lady who did that was very rude. Was acting like came to do the pedicure for free of charge. They asked to pay by cash and said its $45. I went to bank and got cash. Later they said its $50. Very rude staff. Don’t waste your time and money for them
