Dilki The calmest salon I’ve ever been to! I love that she focuses on one client at a time, giving full attention and care. The atmosphere was relaxing, and I actually enjoyed my time there, great conversations and a TV series made the hours fly by. Nanoplasty won’t fully straighten like a chemical treatment (maybe because my hair was very dry), but it left my hair looking natural and healthy. She did a fantastic job! Prices are reasonable, and she confirms them before starting. Highly recommend!

This was my first time having lip fillers so I was terrified but Mel was so gentle and professional she put me at ease. Laura Greaves I came to Mel with what two doctors and a dermatologist deemed severe rosacea (Can be clearly seen from 2 - 3 m away). I had tried Soolantra cream, two rounds of laser (Which left me with swelling for 4 months on one side of my face and didnt help the rosacea at all), and was almost desperate enough to start antibiotics. I found Mel through my Functional Medicine practitioner and have never looked back. Mel was the first professional to take the time to diagnose the level of rosacea I have and investigate the underlying issues my poor skin was dealing with. She developed a plan and six months later you wouldnt know I have rosacea at all. My skin is unbelievable. Mel never upsells or forces ideas on you, but listens, analyses, and provides a wealth of knowledge in her field of expertise. She is honest and dedicated to supporting your body to start repairing your skin and feeling and looking amazing. I said I did but you did not respond, her response I need to speak to my manager. Please be careful making appointments as there excuse is sorry didn’t get your msg and we are keeping your deposit. Great customer service NOT obviously it’s all about the money not the customer.

Susan Rosin I called Interlude because its a small local business before making an appointment i asked if they did facials that included the old fashioned neck and decolletage area which was yes. They used clarins which i like as a brand so I was very excited as I love a good facial. unfortunately not what i received. my neck and decolletage was not touched until i asked if she was going to cleanse but instead of cleanse the scrub was patted on and removed i did mention that i held a lot of tension in my jaw line but during my whole facial and facial massage my jawline was not touched neither was my neck and decolletage very minimal. So what i expected i did not receive My 1 hr facial was cut short by 5 mins . When i got home i washed my face and i had a residue of scub and my skin felt awful. The $150 paid was definitely not worth it. Mary was lovely but i would not go back for a facial.

The owners of this location display shocking levels of disrespect toward their employees. What should be a professional and supportive work environment instead feels toxic and demeaning. It’s incredibly disheartening to see workers being mocked and intimidated by those who are supposed to lead them. There is no sense of respect or appreciation—only belittlement and a complete lack of basic human decency. It’s unacceptable and unprofessional, and no employee should ever be subjected to such treatment. If you value businesses that treat their team with fairness and dignity, I urge you to think twice before supporting this location. Staff deserve better, and so do customers who expect integrity behind the scenes.
