The team offer a lot in the way of services, of which I’ve had a fair few over the past few years, from brow microblading, of course tinting and waxing to, but also skinpen micro needling, complimented by facials and LED heal lite. Always a pleasure to see the friendly faces at Beauty Collective Co - Tayla has certainly put a lot of effort into building a special team for customers.

Nick Fabulis Absolutely incredible. Had a 2 hour massage and 1 hour facial with Kannika and I am beyond impressed. Kannika really knew what she was doing, clearly well trained and experienced and the massage was fantastic. The facial then was also excellent, my skin feels amazing. It’s also excellent value for money. They truly deliver a product on par if not above brand name/more expensive day spas and I can’t recommend them highly enough. One of the best day spas I’ve ever been to in Melbourne.

I knew I was in good hands before the consult was finished; Claudia’s expert opinion and experience takes away any last-minute second guessing. And the results speak for themselves! My sister and I were lucky enough to have our appointments together and it was a huge bonus to watch each others “COVID” hair come back to life. The salon is calming and practically spotless with a warm, luxe vibe. Business hours are very convenient for full time workers. The chairs are super comfy and the sinks have massage chairs as well as, wait for it… rubber neck rests that don’t slip and slide! I could have written the entire review about how special and rare this is. Thanks a million Claudia for my beautiful new hair, I love it so much & can’t wait till my next visit in December!

Mia Chapman I have been visiting Lash Envy Hampton for a few years now to get Lash Lift and Tints. Sometimes the service is absolutely amazing, and I leave really happy with the look of my lashes. Other times the service is a bit lacking, and I’m somewhat disappointed. This varies depending on which staff member you have. My last visit, however, was absolutely abysmal, and confirmed that I will not be returning. The service was painful, and the staff member didn’t seem like they wanted to be there. She accidentally knocked me in the head several times (and didn’t apologise) and also flicked some kind of chemical all over my face while she was mixing something. I felt uncomfortable speaking up. When she finally took the pads off from under my eyes at the end of the service (which is usually painless), it felt like she was ripping my skin, like wax. I thought this was very unusual. When I clearly flinched, she did not apologise once again. She then spent a long time really rigorously rubbing my eyes, which I have never experienced before. The whole experience was very odd. Once I saw my lash lift in the mirror, it added to the disappointment, as they were fairly flat. I left without complaining as I understand that the quality of the service can vary, and I am typically not one to complain. However, the next morning I woke up with large red marks under my eyes (see photos attached). These didn’t go away after several hours so I called Lash Envy for guidance. They told me I “probably have dry skin” (I don’t have dry skin) or that it may be an allergy and suggested I take an antihistamine. I found this to be an odd response as I’ve had a Lash Lift and Tint done many times with them, so I am obviously not allergic. And, if they’ve changed the products that they use, I should have been informed. The redness was also in the shape of the pads that go under the eyes, so I knew it was to do with that and that something had gone wrong. I tried to explain that it felt painful when they removed the pads, which it doesn’t usually, and I was dismissed and told it shouldn’t hurt (lol, I know). I never received any follow-up from Lash Envy. These red marks turned into large red bumps, which ended up lasting for over 3 weeks!! To say I’m annoyed is an understatement. I do feel bad leaving a negative review as some of the team are so lovely and very talented at what they do, but the staff I interacted with on those occasions were terrible. I hope they can rectify this issue somehow.

The rooms are tranquil and relaxing and Natalie has great skill as a myotherapist. Ive already referred my 86 year old dad who has been really well looked after too! And Ill be back for more. Pete Tzimos Glad to find a local place that does remedial massage and has HICAPS so you can use your private health insurance. Masseuse listened and made clinical observations and massage but I was able to relax at the same time. Highly recommended, will be going back again.
