I go to get my eyebrows done on a regular basis by Hannah and she does such an amazing job, I always walk out feeling my best! All of the girls are so lovely and make you feel so comfortable. Brittany H I had the best experience today at Lux aesthetics. The staff are super friendly and have so much knowledge to share without it being overwhelming. I especially love that they educate you on the skincare products but don’t push them on you at all. Plus they’re very careful around eyelash extensions and perfect amount of chattiness during appointments. Maddie was lovely checking me in. Hannah was fantastic at my teeth whitening appointment, so informative and kind. And Samantha I had today for a peel, I can’t rate her highly enough! So genuinely nice, she made me feel super comfortable. Plus my skin has never looked better! I will be returning often and recommending to everyone.

Ian Glascott I have just had the best massage I have ever had from Rachel. She was very professional spoke about the type of massage I was about to have for example the pressure etc. Also any medical issues which could be affected by the massage. So together we decided what would be perfect for me & so it was. It was an hour of complete relaxation. Jeff Ray Opulence Nails is a warm, family-owned salon run by the wonderful Anna and Michael and it’s always a pleasure to visit. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a welcoming atmosphere that makes every appointment feel special. I typically opt for acrylic nails with shellac, as I find the acrylic provides extra strength and durability for my nails. The results are always flawless and I leave feeling pampered every time. Anna and Michael truly care about their clients, and it shows in the quality of their work and the personalized service they provide.

Olivia Thomson Honestly terrible service. I thought my pedicure was going okay despite the manicure being rushed and poorly done. My nails on my hands have been left uneven in texture and honestly feel damaged (I havent had a manicure for years and my nail health previously was great, I mainly wanted my cuticles pushed back). My cuticles have been left uneven and I bled in two spots from the process which wasnt cleaned up at all. The pedicure didnt get a top coat and they didnt exfoliate at all. My nails were chipped in multiple spots by the end of the same day. Nail polish done unevenly too. Additionally, I was left at the end of the service with product all over me. Lastly and most importantly, they are not sterile, reuse products such as nail files (which are cheap enough to get single use), the towels are filthy and its overall a pretty gross environment. Dont waste your time or money here

They didnt even soak off my previous SNS properly and took of my acrylic extensions. My nails were extremely uneven and I had to refile them. The designs were not even that cute or what I initially wanted. My nail designs even peeled off by 2 days after. I am so disappointed. I paid $67 and I feel robbed. DONT GO THERE

Lucia Mazzella Worst wax I’ve ever had done. I booked with Zara so perhaps she just needs more training. But I wanted a Brazilian with a triangle left in the center. It was super wonky. She had to attempt to pull the wax multiples times as it wasn’t coming off the first try. The only time I’ve ever had to actually get a wax lady to stop half way because it was so painful. I had to ask her to make sure to remove more hair as there was still long hairs left after she finished. Then once we were all done I had to pull wax pieces off myself. I feel bad to leave a bad review but make sure you book with one of the more experienced team members!

Rachie Candice I’ve been going to Posh Nails for about a decade and am shocked to hear other reviewers find the staff rude, I have never had an unpleasant interaction, nor witnessed it and I have spent countless hours in the salon. They are always flexible and accomodating. I have even come in 20min before closing once and had two technicians working simultaneously to get my nails perfected before they close. If you want something fun and different Jasmine is always up for the challenge, I have a great time experimenting with different lengths, shapes and colourful styles. Most important to me is that they take good care of my feet, I am disabled and unable to do much in the way of care myself and with regular affordable visits to Posh, my feet are soft, healthy and look cute.

Roxanne Brim Lovely staff, very well priced. Loved the dipping powder they use. I got a French tip, so very very happy. My daughter and niece also had their nails done but with an SNS colour, they are also very happy. Would totally recommend and will be returning here next time Im in Melbourne.
