Diana Lopez The go above and beyond just crooked teeth, their helpful alternative therapies and approaches made it possible for my little boy to learn to pronounce words properly. After 3 years of fantastic speech therapist treatment he couldn’t articulate words correctly; until I brought him to braceless choice and I was recommended the Osteo treatment and the Myofacial exercise. And from the first Osteo session the clarity in his speech was obvious. It only took only few of them to have him sort out. Thank God he was finally able to be understood.

Akram Amazing experience with the whole team here. I had my wisdom tooth extracted today, and although its odd shape made for a longer process, Doctor Min and nurse Hannah handled it professionally and with ease. The cost was very very reasonable, and on top of that is also free aftercare. The receptionist is very proactive in her care, making the whole booking process easy. Cannot recommend this clinic enough for their competence, affordability and overall quality of care.

Kimberley Harper Such a clean and well located facility in Ringwood. I see Dr Kat Kokoreva and she is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to! Not only is she kind funny and fun she knows her stuff and is so passionate about teeth! She won’t do anything unnecessarily and even reception staff are lovely and so helpful! My mum now sees Dr Kat too because she is so amazing! You won’t regret making the move. The new patient deal for $199 is amazing and that’s what attracted me and I won’t stop going back now :)

Sam Lin The service at this dental clinic was disappointing. The entire teeth cleaning process was rushed and finished in less than five minutes. I had actually been here once about six months ago, and the experience back then was already unsatisfactory, so I didnt book a follow-up appointment. Last month, I received a call saying that my previous dentist had left and asking if I could reschedule. I mistakenly thought the call was from my current dental clinic, so I booked an appointment for today. It turned out to be the same clinic as before. I decided to give it another chance to see if anything had improved, but unfortunately, it was just as bad as last time.

Syriah Stripp Honestly, I didn’t have a good experience here. I was told I needed a couple of fillings, which seemed weird because I’ve never had major issues with my teeth. Something felt off, so I decided to get a second opinion from another dentist—and guess what? They told me my teeth are totally fine and I don’t need any fillings at all. What really annoyed me was how the clinic kept calling me nonstop, trying to get me to book in for the fillings. It felt like they were just trying to get money out of me rather than actually caring about my dental health. I won’t be going back, and I’d suggest anyone going here get a second opinion before agreeing to anything.

Martina Mikhael I accompanied my sister on 2 April 2025 to her appointment for 4 wisdom teeth removals and to say that the staff at the Eastland branch were beyond incredible would not do it justice. The moment we stepped in to the store the staff were super incredible, friendly, welcoming and comforting. Rohini completed the extractions and her talent and precision was amazing to see. She not only guided my sister but myself through the process, was very patient, gentle and kind given the difficulty of the extractions and overall was a lovely person to deal with. Rohini is beyond knowledgeable which is proven through her work, constantly educating us on what was being done and why and left no question unanswered. She created a safe and comfortable atmosphere for the procedure to take place, elevating and anxiety and worries about the process. Massive thank you not just Rohini, but Hassan and the rest of the team for making this a seamless, positive and memorable experience.

One of my children was referred to Virtuosum by their normal dentist and it turned out that he needed extensive work and support for multiple tooth problems/extra teeth/teeth growing in the wrong direction and it was a big and complicated mess. The team at Virtuosum diligently worked with us to diagnose and then prepare a full-treatment plan which spanned multiple years of different levels of treatment and work. After a v serious injury to my mouth when I was young, I hugely appreciate Elice’s diligence. She provides a very holistic approach, with needed and preventative treatment, as well as going out of her way to give practical advice on keeping everything in good order. It’s great that she also has opportunity to impart these holistic, practical approaches to students at Melbourne Uni dental school. I highly recommend Elice and the whole Brighter Smiles practice.

Sharelle I cant thank the Fox Implant team enough for giving me a chance to live without constant pain due to hereditary gum disease. I had my full mouth implants done on Monday, Nick and his team were amazing, between Nick, the anaesthetist Ryan and the whole team you calmed me before my procedure and made me at ease and explained the whole process. When I returned on Tuesday to have my temporary teeth inserted John, Antonio and staff were fantastic talking me through the next process of screwing in the implants. From my first initial consultation I felt very comfortable and that I was being listened to regarding my issues, I had attended different consultations but felt the most comfortable at Fox Implants, thank you so much for my new teeth and smile that I will finally be pain free.

chris mclaughlin Had a booking at 4:15 but the dentist was running late. Went in at 4:55 and was told multiple times they close at 5pm The doctor basically forced my son’s mouth closed (6year old) to take an xray. The dentist said she can’t do anything to help as she didn’t have the right stuff to do a root canal. The dentist and dental nurse were constantly sniggering and shaking there heads at the others actions…far from professional… Poor service Reception was lovely, the 1 star I am forced to leave should go to her.

Victor Pan The dentist was a 10/10. Friendly and nice. But the receptionist is confused at her job! Went there on the 21st of October and she can’t do basic processing and refunding. We got processed as a full price $297 when the new customer special is $199. Apparently the doctor needs to tell the receptionist about it for it to apply, even though the paper at the very front shows it!!! So when asked for a quick and simple fox of refund and process through again as the special, couldn’t do. We asked to speak to the supervisor/management, couldn’t get a name or number even though she ‘tried’ to call. Honestly, what a joke this place and please get someone who can do the job. Oh and we waited an extra 30-4 minutes after being called to come back to ‘fix’ the issue with no solution.

Id booked in and then read the Google Reviews, and felt hesitant after seeing a negative review that I might have chosen the wrong place. Turns out nothing to worry about. The experience of testing was pleasant and comfortable, and staff were lovely. I did my test at 11am and got results at 9:30am the next morning. Highly recommended.

Bethany Weston Jacques the counsellor and Jason the nurse practitioner have changed my life. Neither are judgemental at all, and they seem to properly understand what Im going through. Jason is probably the first medical professional to take my severe anxiety seriously and attempt to properly treat it. Jacques is great at giving me the time I need to open up about the harder things to talk about. My health and mental stability have improved so much.

This is my third time getting one done, because I keep getting colds! and they were so helpful, kind and supportive to the fact I am a massive sook and have had bad experiences with my previous two tests. They genuinely care about providing a gentle experience with something that otherwise is pretty uncomfortable- especially if you voice your concerns to getting it done, they will listen and communicate to you the steps they will take to make it as quick and painless as possible.
