Joanne Morgan Very poor experience ! I brought a picture of the caramel foils I wanted & the length. I asked for layers and was told no (even though i have always had layers from as long as I can remember) , I was told my hair would be thinned out with a thinning scissors instead. I asked for some layers around my face to frame it and again I was told no because The Rachel from Friends look is not in fashion any more !! The cut is too thin and straightening it only lasts a day before it loses shape. My colour at the end could not be seen.. i was told that she over toned my hair and It will look more like my picture in 2 weeks time (amazing as I always thought when you go to get a colour done you walk out with it that day.. strange!).. 2 weeks later and colour still has not come up and never will. The stylist did say about the cut in the picture being blunt at the end but I said no to that as I have thick hair. I did ask for what I wanted which I did get the time before from her so I cant understand why this time was the polar opposite. I wont accept an offer to have it fixed as I believe that spending 3 hours in there and over $200 should result in a good hair style and fixing it should not be needed. It was a senior stylist also. Real shame.

Emily Balmaks Ive had my hair styled twice by Lynissa and have been really happy with the results both times. Once was an up-do a few months ago for a friends wedding, and another was a blow-dry and style a few weeks ago for professional photos. Both times I had an idea of what I wanted that wasnt very specific, and Lynissa did a wonderful job. Its easy to book, pricing is clear, and the space is clean, airy, and comfortable.
