This store is efficiently run and clearly caters for produce and grocery needs for the size of the store. The store is always in a clean and tidy state. Well done management and store staff.

Brady Luke (Luka) Staff are chatty at the check outs. Friendly and helpful. Store is smaller so less options. Prices as we know are marked up considerably so the food is expensive. Coles the brand are hard to trust but the customer facing staff are not responsible for this, if anything I believe their mindset are probably in alignment.

srn My family and I were excited to participate in the ongoing promotion offering discounts on shopping cards, clearly advertised as limit of 5 Gift Cards per customer.
Unfortunately, our experience was marred by the arbitrary and unfair enforcement of these terms by your staff at this location. Despite the clear advertisement, the employees chose to disregard the official policy and instead imposed their own interpretation, equating "a group of people" to a single customer (per customer). This decision was not only inconsistent with the promotions terms but also highly discriminatory.
My intention, along with my family, was to take advantage of this offer to purchase better quality dog food for our pet. We were not attempting to exceed the advertised limit of five gift cards; yet, we were denied even this reasonable request. This treatment felt particularly unfair and has left us deeply upset.
The behavior of the staff at the Croydon North branch not only violates the terms of Coles ‘ promotion but also reflects poorly on Coles as a whole. It is essential that all customers are treated equally and that promotional terms are applied consistently and fairly across all locations.
